📢 Important Update on Booking & No-Show Policy 📢

We love our clients and appreciate every one of you, but we need to address an ongoing issue that’s affecting our ability to serve you effectively.

Lately, we’ve had to turn away long-term clients requesting same-day appointments because our schedule was completely full—only to have about 60% of those booked appointments cancel last minute or no-show. This has a huge financial impact on our small business and makes it difficult to retain the talented groomers who care for your pets.

As many of you know, I also have my 3-month-old with me at work, and between grooming my own clients’ dogs and running the business, I simply don’t have the time to be on the phone all day. At this time, we can’t afford a receptionist due to the high rate of last-minute cancellations.

New Booking Policy

ALL appointments must now be made through our online booking portal:

This system helps avoid scheduling confusion, sends appointment reminders once approved, and allows you to easily pay the required deposit of $20 per pet, This deposit will go toward your groom total if you show up, but if you cancel within 12 hours or no-show, it will be used to compensate staff for lost time.

Same-Day Appointments May Now Be Available!

With this new policy in place, we may once again be able to offer same-day appointments Sunday–Thursday if you call before 10 AM on the day you need service. By then, we’ll know how many gaps we can offer for last-minute bookings.

📢 Important Policy Updates at Pawsitive Vibes Grooming LLC! 🐾🌈

Hey, Pawsitive Vibes family! We are so excited to continue providing top-notch grooming services for your furry friends. To ensure the best experience for everyone—pets, owners, and our amazing groomers—we have a few important policy updates to share.

✨ Vaccination Policy ✨
We take pet health seriously! While it is not legally required for us to enforce ALL vaccinations we recommend, all dogs must have a valid rabies vaccine on file. This helps us maintain a safe environment for all pets in our care.

⏳ Timely Pick-Ups ⏳
To keep our schedule running smoothly, all dogs must be picked up within one hour of groom completion. If a dog remains longer, they will be placed into daycare at $5 per hour.

🚫 No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee 🚫
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it challenging to provide the best service and retain our talented groomers. Moving forward, if you no-show or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, there will be a $20 per dog rebooking fee if you wish to schedule again.
➡️ If you show up for your next appointment, the $20 will be applied toward your groom.
➡️ If you no-show again, the fee will go toward compensating our staff for the lost time slot.

🐶 Aggression & Behavior Fees 🐶
We understand that some pets require extra time, patience, and care during their groom. For these pets, there will be a $20 handling fee to accommodate their needs. However, this fee can be waived when you enroll in our VIP Program (Very Important Pet!).

Our VIP Program is designed for dogs who visit us every 4-5 weeks, regardless of whether they need a full groom or just a bath and nail trim. As a VIP member, you’ll enjoy:

✅ Exclusive savings of 10%-25% on services
✅ Free photos of your pup looking fabulous after their groom
