Good Evening Sudsy family and friends ❤️ We hope you had great holidays and A Happy New Year!
We just wanted to give a couple updates going into the new year. We had a lot of no-show or late cancellations last year and as we do try our best to accommodate but our groomers work on commission only and when we have no shows it effects their income. So we have updated our policies to reflect this. Our No-Show fee is now a flat rate of $20 per dog. Please be aware of this when booking multiple dogs as they take up multiple appointment times. Also please be aware if you do not call BEFORE the appointment time it is considered a no show. Our same day/late cancellation fee is $10. As we do prefer atleast 24 hours in advance most the time we accept atleast the day before cancellation so it gives us some time to get another appointment scheduled. These fees will need to be paid BEFORE you can reschedule and a payment link will be sent to you via text or you can pay in person. Also we give a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, if you have not arrived within that grace period for scheduled appointment the groomer has the right to cancel the appointment or still take appointment with a late fee of $10. Please understand if we have to cancel the appointment so we do not get behind on other appointments.
