Success Story For The Week - Meet Sweet Pea.

What a difference a day makes. Sweet Pea went from being bright and alive, the next moment crashing.

She was found to be septic, with pneumonia, low temperature & blood sugar. The cost of veterinary care was too much for Sweet Pea's owner so they reached out to STARelief for financial assistance.

Thanks to our generous donors, STARelief was able to provide a veterinary care grant to keep Sweet Pea alive.

Can You Help?

Mark is currently living in his aging van with his dog Lexi. The van is cramped and very hot. He would love to find a short-term foster home for his beloved pet, Lexi, while he searches for a new home for his dogs.

Akira, his other dog, is currently being fostered by one of our volunteers. Unfortunately, they don't have the room for both his beloved pets.

STARelief will provide all food and veterinary costs.

Chaps needs a home ASAP. The owner has been trying to rehome her beloved dog for weeks because of her current domestic situation. As we all know, shelters are at capacity and will not accept Chaps.

Chaps is 5 years old, neutered, and up to date on vaccines.

He has never been around cats and would do well in an adult-only home. He has received professional training in the past.

Success story for the week - Tangy

For Tangy's mom to move into an assisted living facility, Tangy had to be up to date on vaccines.

Facing financial constraints, Tangy's mom reached out to STARelief for assistance.

Recognizing the critical role vaccinations play in maintaining a pet's well-being and preventing the spread of disease, we allocated funds to ensure Tangy received essential vet care.
This initiative aligns with our mission to support both people and their animal companions within our community, promoting responsible pet ownership and animal health.
