It’s that time of the year or getting closer for some. Spring time!! Spring is a beautiful time of the year but it can be hard on horses and or livestock!! Cold mornings, warm and sometimes hot afternoons, grass is starting to pop and so is the bad weeds. Some things to do if you work your horses this time of the year.

If they sweat, cool them down

Watch the green grass consumption

If they start coughing get a culture done before doctoring

Keep Zesterra on hand ( all natural gut relief)

Banamine (IV ONLY)

Worm your horse ( bot flies coming or already in your horses gut)

Salt block ( helps with water consumption)

MOST IMPORTANTLY!! Make sure you have a 24/7 vet or find your nearest one!!!

It has been a long time coming since the move, but we are almost settled in at the new barn. With that being said, we have rebranded and are going to slightly change directions with our program. Primary focus will still be c**t starting and producing riding horses for the public, but would also like to help promote and market horses for you. I truly appreciate everyone that has supported and followed us during this move, your patience has been much appreciated.
