I DO NOT hold dogs here for any longer than their appointment. I DO NOT do doggie daycare or boarding. You will need to pick up your pets after I text you!! I do 1 dog at a time and I need them in and out when done. I do groom aggressive and unfriendly dogs, so I need your pet out BEFORE I can bring that dog in. $15 charge if you are late picking up your pet after my text. Thank you all for your understanding!

Hello ALL!! Just a quick note...
I have been hearing from others that people are complaining that I don't answer my phone when they call. Let me explain. I open at 9, and start with my first dog at 9. I DO NOT answer the phone when I am grooming a dog. I don't want to get caught up in a call and have a terrible tragedy to a dog, just because I had to answer the phone!! Nobodies dog is MORE IMPORTANT than ANYONE ELSES!!
I work ALONE, I groom one dog at a time. I DO NOT do doggie daycare, so when I am done, you are expected to pick up your pet. I do have a lot of dogs that are not dog friendly. I also groom cats, they don't always want to be around dogs. When the blower is on and drying your pet, I cannot hear, so no, I do not answer. BUT, I DO HAVE VOICE MAIL!! Feel free to leave a message!! I WILL AND DO get back to EVERYONE!! Also, text me!! Texting is THE BEST way to contact me!! If you have an issue with me or my business, I wish you would address ME. I'll be happy to explain to you.

Thank you ALL for your patience and understanding!! It truly means a lot to me.

I love all my(your)dogs and believe that when they are here for their appt, they should have 100% of my attention.

REMEMBER your pets this weekend!!
If your pets scare from the fireworks, lock them in a room or garage with a TV or Radio on loud! Try to drown out the fireworks if possible. Or hold them tight! This is the time when people have their pets run off. Dogs do not normally like fireworks, so don't take them to a fireworks show, leave them at home!
