Local pick-up as well as shipping available to the continental US only. Sorry, no exporting! ***ORDERS OF $1000+ SHIP FREE!*** We can meet, but arrangements should be made AT MINIMUM of 7 days in advance.
* PAYMENT PLANS - We require an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit based off of the payment plan terms (see below)
. Once deposit is made, the animal is marked "on hold". DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED... PERIOD.
* PAYMENT PLAN TERMS - Plans are for 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days (see below). Unless special arrangements have been made to allow for longer, 90 days is the max allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will only allow ONE payment plan extension request. Weekly payments are strongly encouraged to help cover weekly feedings (but not required).
*30 days - up to $400 (non refundable deposit of at least $25)
*60 days - $401-$999 (non refundable deposit of at least $75)
*90 days - $1000+ (non refundable deposit of at least $150)
* FINAL PAYMENT - Must be made in full by 11:59:59 PM on the final day of the payment plan terms. If the final payment is not received by this time on the final day, the deposit and any payments made are forfeited and the animal will be made available for next in line.
* REFUND POLICY - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Any funds accumulated go towards the cost of care and feeding during the duration the animal remains in our care. In most cases, a store credit will be given.
*RETURN POLICY - NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ANIMAL(S)! Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return an animal back to the seller should they not meet expectations. Upon receipt of the animal in PROPER shipping conditions (box, heat/cold pack, packing materials, etc.) we will reach out to the buyer and discuss solutions. If we decide a refund is the best solution, making an exception to our "NRP", it will be the cost of the animal only. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of DOA of a return to our facility, we will investigate to make sure the animal was packaged properly and if so, we may ask for some time to file a claim with the shipping company. At the conclusion of the claim, we will resolute accordingly.
* SPECIAL ORDERS - We can acquire some different species upon request. However, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is non-negotiable and goes towards the time, gas, and housing to ensure it's healthy before it leaves our care. You have 7 days after animal arrives to pick up. The remaining 50% of the total is due at time of pickup. If animal is not paid for and picked up (or paid in full for shipment to be made) by 9 PM EST on the 7th day, the deposit is forfeited and the animal will be made available for others to purchase.
* PAYMENT METHODS - Cash App, Zelle, Square, GPay or Cash. No checks, no money orders. CASH APP, ZELLE, SQUARE, GPAY OR CASH ONLY! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
*SHIPPING - We ship FedEx Priority Overnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY, weather permitting. Shipment MUST be made to a hub and picked up during winter and summer months in order to guarantee live arrival. Package is to be opened and inspected within ONE HOUR of pickup/30 MINUTES of home delivery for insurance purposes. During spring and fall months, someone MUST be available on the day of delivery to sign for package. If you want your package insured, the cost is $2.50 per $100.
*HOLIDAY SHIPPING - Due to drastic delays in the shipping industry, the final day we ship (with insurance & LAG) is the second Wednesday of December. We then will not ship again until the second Tuesday of January. However, we can ship during the times in between, but it will be AT YOUR OWN RISK and we will not be held responsible for any issues. These "uninsured/LAG void" shipments will ONLY be shipped to a hub!
