Looking for barn help; Experience a must. Cannot be afraid to get dirty. Must live fulltime in Starkville. Must have own transportation. Must be able to stay off your phone. Must relate to horses. Must show up on time, follow directions and instructions and remember both. College students are good. Job is flexible with schedules. Youngest horse is 13, oldest is 22. All Quarter H🙂rses and well mannered. You must be willing to learn their names and routine. Not looking for a rider. Duties include feeding, grooming, leading, haltering, cleaning, watering.....all the real nitty gritty basics. Desire someone who can last longer than 3 weeks and likes to be outside. JJ Rap, granddaughter of Reynolds Rap, was my first broodmare and the first horse I bought as an adult. I always said you could drink a cup of coffee while riding her, her gaits were so smooth. She was 29 years old and produced a dozen beautiful foals for me including my favorite riding horse Patch, then Smashing, Cadillac, Mr., Belladonna, RC and many others. JJ was the alpha mare in her broodmare band. She laid down on Friday and would not get up. She said it was time to go join her friends Touchdown Number One, Rugged Rosie Lark and RS Nif Te. Thank you faithful girl for keeping me safe on your back and for so many great minded babies. Run, run, run.

My own home grown boy, Happy To See You, enjoying a ride with Tori today and JUMPING the railroad tie in jump circle. A bit slick after a brief shower this afternoon, but Happy slid around and had a great time. This boy loves to move out.

Tori had great time on Happy after a brief shower this afternoon which made things a little sloppy. This boy was very enthused to be jumping! This boy is for sale! He is VERY forward moving. Does not stop. LOVES to go,listens, lofty movement. He covers some ground.

56 degrees today and Haley and Jubilee took advantage of it with an easy going ride. Jubilee had a prancing fit when she rode by the cows. She is cow crazy.
