Wow, what a week and and still 2 more days to go! It still feels like we are spinning circles, like Tripp!! We have been trail riding, jumping, barrel racing, and tons of training, evaluating. I apologize we haven’t been able to schedule many appointments or get back with people timely these past few days as we have not been at the farm much. So much of what we do to evaluate our horses fully is the time we spend with them away from home, camping and at horse shows. I cant sell a great trail horse if we never take the horse off the property! 😉 We do try to find that happy balance between being home, evaluating horses away from home, plus enjoying our own horses and having fun. We have horse shows tomorrow and Sunday, but I promise to be spending all Sunday evening on the computer and phone getting back with people, scheduling appointments, making posts to show all the great stuff we did this past week (I’m telling you the girls have outdid themselves, and some really great new lesson students joined our family!) and of course I have so many cute new furry 4 legged friends to introduce to to! In a couple weeks this super nice gelding is going to be offered. He is a finished cutter and broke for all ages and levels. We have a couple more cattle sortings and trail rides that we want to use him for and then he will be listed. As much as we are attached to him, we are very excited and proud to get to offer such a nice horse for sale! ❤️

“Patty” is a 16 year old 15 hand grade sorrel mare. She is as gentle and sweet as they come. Easy going and in no hurry to go anywhere. She does have a smooth trot and nice canter. Been extensively trail ridden and is a pro when comes to camping. Rides around the pastures with no buddy or barn sour issues. She was a 4-H/open show horse several years ago and could easily return to the show arena. We have used her in our riding lessons and she is very tolerant of the new beginners learning to ride. Loads and hauls with no issues, and has no vices. Just a nice consistent mare to have around.

He works great in the arena and is a very pretty mover. He has been ridden western and English and even jumps! He knows his leads and is suitable for youth or older riders who are looking for something a little shorter. Would be great for 4-H and open shows as we have done about everything with him. Loads and hauls great, no vices or bad habits. Stands great tied and for the farrier. He is personable so loves extra attention and to be groomed. Looking for a nice Versatile all around horse that you can do everything with? “Dixie” has been used in sorting eventing and is no stranger to working a cow. The past few years she has been shown by youth in the all around classes at 4-H and open shows. We have been using her in our lesson program and hauling her to shows. She has been showing in walk/trot, pleasure, ranch classes, fun and games, barrels and poles with very novice beginner riders and doing great! She is easy to ride and adapts very well to the level of the rider. She keeps things nice and slow for the beginners and is quite handy when asked by more advanced riders. She is great on the trails and been to numerous trail rides with groups, and will ride out alone as well. Nice quiet mare in the barn, stands great grooming, tacking, farrier. Coco is the sweetest chunky pony. She has great ground manners and loves to be groomed. Stands tied quietly and also cross ties. She is a great size for teaching your kiddos how to tack up and care for their own pony independently. Not spooky or jumpy. Doesn’t mind the hustle and bustle of a very active barn, dogs, livestock, traffic, or farm equipment. She rides great and I have started using her in our own lesson program. She goes in a trot well but is more on the lazy side. She is broke to drive but her owners have not hooked her up in about 2 years so many need a refresher. If someone is interested in her as a driving pony we are willing to hook her up and see how she does. She has never foundered, but I do recommend her not being turned out in lush pasture without a grazing muzzle due to the fact that she is a very EASY keeper. Loads and hauls great.

“Guinness” is a 15 yr old registered Kentucky Natural Gaited Horse. He stands 15.2 and is black and white. Very seasoned trail horse. Has covered many miles at all the big state parks and does great with week long camping trips. Loads and hauls with ease. Traffic safe and used to dogs/livestock. Very smooth, nice gait. Well broke, no buck, rear, spook. I don’t recommend him a a small kids or a timid beginners horse, as this guy can really move out when asked. That being said if you know how to ride he is a very fun horse!
