Welcome home, Selway! We are so happy to welcome back this wonderful 22 year old gelding by Horse Chestnut. Selway raced 6 times as a 3 and 4 year old finishing 2nd, twice and 3rd, 3 times!

Did you catch our Charity Spotlight in last month's issue? James River Horse Foundation mission is to provide care and sanctuary for Thoroughbred horses that are no longer able to race. They also provide an established curriculum of training and supervision in equine care and management to non-violent felons at the Virginia Department of Corrections State Farm Work Center in Goochland County, Virginia. This program encourages self-respect, working as a team toward defined goals, and acquiring skills that are valuable for reentry into their communities. Check out last month's issue to learn more about this incredible charity!
