Joy and sorrow seem to come in pairs nowadays. Karma went into labor and delivered us 2 perfect baby boys. We’ve been letting them bond and just enjoy the privilege of having them here. This morning however we found that one of the boys had passed from mom laying on him. It’s the unfathomable part of breeding and heart ache that follows is profound.

For now we’d like to introduce the little man that’s here with us and thriving.

😱🥰😱🥰🥰😱🥰 IT IS TIME!!!

Karma has delivered the first, a beautiful chunky monkey male. Please keep her in your thoughts today and we’re hoping for as many blessings as we can be afforded this go around.

I will update once mom is done and pups are safe with a quick sneak peek. Then we will let mom and babies rest for several days before intruding for individual pics.

What was meant to be a joyous day yesterday ended up not so. Karisma finally went into labor with much anticipation. It is with great sadness that I have to announce she only produced a single puppy and it sadly was no longer with us upon arrival. Our hearts ache for Karisma had a hard time understanding the puppy wasn’t viable. This is the hardest part as a breeder. When the outcomes are not what we wish for 😔😔. To everyone waiting with the same anticipation as ourselves for this we are sorry. Nature wasn’t on our side this time. Karma has however been bred last week for a repeat litter and we have our fingers crossed she will not have a repeat of Karisma’s but instead of her litter last year.

The first show weekend is over. Although Maui didn’t get the love from the judges in the ring during group with a top four placement our daughter did recieve extra love outside the ring and learned an incredible amount of knowledge and got amazing feedback. She’s eager to put it into practice leading up to the next show!! So proud of these two and their growth together. Other exhibitors noticed it as well and voiced it to her. They have grown so much already 🥹.

And that is a wrap for the Happy Accidents litter with us. Velcro joined his family after being picked out last week and little Miss Slinky found a fantastic fit with the Kisling family. We have high expectations of this little girl 🤩 with hopefully helping out in daily life ❤️❤️.

As the snow is quietly falling outside and piling up more and more…. I figured I’d take a minute now that the stress from the past week has disappeared and share that there is one pup looking for a family.

Our little Slinky, who is gaining like crazy as they all are, she went from 8lbs on Tuesday to almost 12lbs today 🤣. Is patiently waiting for her own family. This little girl absolutely adores adventure and is up for just about anything. Even though the rest is bigger then her she doesn’t let that deter her and stands up for herself. This little girl will fit just about anywhere especially those who want an active canine partner. She adores our kids and is fond of the other dogs as well as our cats.
