We have some exciting news!!!

Skye and Chance honeymooned and we’re praying for puppies ❤️❤️ with a due date of November 23 2024. Hence us trying a cute pic with Skye’s belly 🤣. Something different lol.

After 2 failed breedings with Dundee we decided to have Chance tested and use him this cycle if he passed. We were hoping he’d turn the full 24 months old before we did his X-rays but at 20 months I felt confident in the results. He scored and OFA good and normal elbows 🥳.

So everyone please keep our fingers crossed that she took!!! She’s definitely looking and acting like it lol. But that can be deceiving.

We have already opened the waitlist for those interested. Deposits are not due until the litter is on the ground but being prequalified through application and subsequent interview will give preference when the pups are here.

Lumi is looking for his own 🎄🎄.
He’s crate and leash trained. Basic manners but still a big puppy for Berners are late to mature. Grown up with kids and other dogs. He’s available as a pet only and is currently 10 months. Up to date on shots and ready for his own family .

Skye’s due date came and went. And it’s taken a few days for reality to sink in that she reabsorbed her pregnancy. Poor girl still nested and thought she was going to have puppies but in the end it wasn’t meant to be this time. Such is nature and we are at her mercy.

Our next litter will be planned as repay of Skye and Dundee or a new pairing of Karisma and Dundee. Stay tuned….

We are on day 44 by our human counting of Skye’s pregnancy. Who else is getting excited?

I know we’re as excited as Bentley, a former Skye x Dundee pup, waiting on the Icecream boat for his pup cup!!🤩🤩

OMG how do we still have these precious 4 left? Inquiries galore but none pulled the trigger. We’d love to see these lovelies in their own homes asap. As much as we love them they deserve their own families ❤️❤️

Chip: our most exuberant pup. He’s will be a smaller sized male maturing around 80-90 lbs most likely. This guy’s most coveted spot is IN your lap 🤣. We’ve been working diligently on being more polite but his happy attitude is infectious.

Lumiere: the chill pill. Just the kindest most polite love bug. He adores attention and will just slide against your leg and sit waiting for it. He will be a bigger sized male over a 100 lbs

Baroness: Miss personality! Similar to Chip she just loves, loves to be snuggled. Preferably on your lap too same as Chip. Gentle in her approach and just wants to please.

Viscountess: Just the loveliest, politest sweetheart. Kind and sweet is the best description I can give for her.

Some phenomenal feedback about Cogsworth, now Twin. Cogsworth was selected as a service dog prospect after our temperament testing and evaluation. He just stood out from the litter. His willingness to please and always being underfoot by choice coupled with high confidence and motivation as well as ticking all the other boxes made him an easy choice.

When it was time to select Amanda and her son agreed Cogsworth was the best choice. They live in Texas so at 12 weeks he underwent a trek back down south from PA but had Countess with him for company since Amanda flew in with Hannah and they drove their puppies back together.

This is Amanda’s feedback:

“Sunday after we arrived home, our puppy had his evaluation by the trainer for him to become a service dog. The trainer was so pleased by our puppy’s disposition and said he would be extremely easy to train. So easy in fact that they are providing the puppy training at a discount. This is quite a savings in the overall process for our Berner to ultimately become a psychiatric service animal. The trainer said our puppy is ideal temperament for a service dog. We made the perfect choice with our love-y fluffy pup!”

We just got some frightening news. One of the puppy owners had spend a wonderful day with their puppy and had stopped on their way home at a public rest/picnic area for a potty break and stretch legs. After a few hours once back home, he had been lethargic when stopped at friends house but it had been a fun filled day. He was wobbling, looked like he had Parkinson!! Rushed the puppy to the ER and it came back after 3 hours of taking various samples he had ingested THC. This berner puppy was the 6th this ER vet had seen that day. And he was the least affected. The others were even more stoned and high as a kite.

As a PSA….. PLEASE WATCH YOUR PUPPIES AND DOGS! Even more vigilant then before since edibles are everywhere and it’s legal in most areas.

Just puppies having fun during their morning exploring. They get about an hour of supervised free range at this point.

If you think it seems like a lot of puppies still that is not because that many are available but they are simply trickling out of here to their new homes.

We do still have 2 girls looking, Baroness and Viscountess. And 2 boys, Lumiere and Chip.

So how fast does a berner grow?

Fast! 🤣

3 weeks apart. Similar weight at 7.5 weeks old. 8 lbs heavier 3 weeks later at 10.5 weeks old 🤯 and visually triple the size

We have 4 cuties left. Chip and Lumière for the boys and Baroness and Viscountess for the girls.

All are fully vetted and vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped.
Raised with all the love we have for these guys.
