If you are a new customer, the easiest way to check to see if we have openings for your needed dates, is to go to our website and fill out an availability form. This way you don’t have to fill out all the online questions/info etc on our boarding app only to find out we don’t have those dates available. Especially for people with multiple dogs. (Just trying to make your life easier😀) If the dates are available, then you can fill out all the online info.
*BUT A NOTE TO EVERYONE … By Jan 1st 2025, I do want to book everyone through our online boarding app. Of course you can always text me first to check dates etc if you have my cell # or you can email too to check dates but in addition to checking dates, I will need everyone to still go to the online boarding app and enter their reservations there. Remember that you can go back and modify your reservations yourself on your dogs personal portal/account and they will notify me about the changes. It’s always good to personally notify me about any changes to your reservation just to make sure I saw it. *And lastly, we moved the business phone number from a landline to a cell phone that Bill will answer. So you can now text the business number too. Just make sure to give your dogs name so Bill knows who is texting/calling if you are a current customer. New customers should always call. I think that’s it! Hope everyone is doing well!!
