provides services to include and are not limited to: Personal Grooming, Medication Supervision and Assistance, Supervision of Ambulation, Lt. Housekeeping, Total/Assist with Bathing and Dressing, Laundry Care, Errands and Appointments escorts,Transportation and more. Due to COVID-19 testing will be weekly or
every two weeks. RTLNCS will follow CDC guidelines and protocols. Masks and or face shields (as needed) will be worn.

Hi everyone, as we all well know, the holidays are upon us once again and I known times are hard and some of us have it harder, RTL Nursing Care Services has chosen four family shelters to donate food and clothing items to this year. I am asking for all to help out within your communities a family you know that is need of assistance. Let us come together in the name of our father in heaven and give. Thank you.
