There will be an area that is more cleared out up by the front door at the shop in the morning and I will put de-icer down as well. If you are still worried about slipping use this spot and lessen your chances of slipping😁. If needed we can come out and bring your dog in for you, but it is pretty well melted. See all the scheduled appointments tomorrow!

Heads up that we will not be open Tuesday the 16th. I have called and canceled dogs that were on schedule and will be calling to reschedule once we have makeup days figured out. The parking lot is an ice skating rink and doesn't look like it will be any better tomorrow. Stay safe!

Good evening!
We will be closing the shop for Monday the 15th. We have employees that drive down from the canyon and not worth the risk for them to come in. I will be calling the last of the appointments to cancel this evening. Thanks for understanding ❤️

Ella! She is an important girl. She is her boy’s service dog and does a fine job. She gets to have a spa day so she can get some pampering and play with a few toys while she’s here for her appointment. Isn’t she cute?

Good morning!!

We wanted to let everyone know we are booked full for the week, but you can always call to be put on a cancelation list. Nail trims are still welcome to walk in though, preferably in the afternoon hours😊.
If your pup needs put on the schedule for next year give us a call asap. We are booking into the third to last week of January.
As always, we will be closed the week between Christmas until January 2nd!

Hello dog parents!

We've been getting messages with questions and concerns about the virus infecting dog in our area. The best we can say is to consult with your veterinary clinic for more accurate and timely information regarding the virus. I have attached a link to the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association on their updates. It's up to you dog parents to decide how to proceed with your pet's care. What we do to protect your pets is cleaning with bacteria killing cleaners the best we can. We are able to keep your pet in a crate instead of running around the shop if you prefer. During drop off and pick up times, make sure your dog is close to you and not in another dogs close space. Dogs can also be picked up immediately after grooming is always a good idea when you are able to. If you notice your pet not feeling well, PLEASE keep them home. We talk with our trusted veterinarian and she will update us when she sees any dogs come into her clinic with any symptoms and we will pass that information on to you all. We may ask you if your dog has been boarded recently and please don't be offended IF we ask you to move your appointment to a later date to ensure the safety of all pets. If we are working on a dog that is exhibiting any signs to us of feeling unwell, we will call you and ask to have the dog picked up immediately. Thanks so much for entrusting us with your pets.

Did you know that one of our clients has an amazing talent of making felted wool sculptures? Ericka Elizabeth dropped off one that she created of Elmer Lou! You pick your favorite photos of your pet for her to do the sculpture and she does the magic!

Friendly reminder
If you miss an appointment between now and the end of the year, the chances of getting back in will be very slim. We are pretty booked with just a few appointments here and there especially for haircuts. Please do not call and guilt trip us because you missed your appointment 🙂 . Set a reminder in phone just as you would for your own appointments!

We are short staffed due to sickness. Please be patient with us. Dogs may take a little longer than usual to get in and out and we may not be able to get to the phones. If you leave a message we will return calls at our earliest convenience. If you have walk in nail trims and it is possible to wait till another day that would be much appreciated 😊
