We love babies (Kids)

We started out with two wethers the first year, Pete & W***y! They are six years old now. Each year after we got them and fell in love we thought we needed more! We got two little does, Boots & Pip. Unfortunately we lost Pip due to pneumonia, absolutely broke our hearts. The next year we got Peach, Cream and Elliot (another wether). Elliot was an amazingly unusual color, just had to have him! He also has a fish on his side! We wanted to add more to our herd but we only have room for 10 total so we decided to breed our love, Boots. In the spring she delivered two beautiful blue eyed, brown and white little does, Lou and Fawn. We just had to keep them!!

We waited over a year to breed them and they gave us three little bucks and one special needs bottle baby, Patsy. Patsy lives on our porch because she is too small to protect herself from the other bigger goats. She is quite spoiled, to say the least! We sold the three boys, a set of twins and a single boy. They were all gorgeous boys.

We are very small time breeders but because we have reached our maximum number of permanent goats we breed a small number. We so love to have babies to love and enjoy before we send them to their furever homes. Our kids are due May 9. We are hoping to have four does produce this year, but, God is in charge of that, so we’ll take what He provides us!
