We have the first baby of 2025!!
I am so excited to welcome Bia to the world! This little girl is by SHR QTs DiamondCutter and out of our own CherokeesRiskyRain!
Mama and baby are going amazing!

Ah yes, it’s that wonderful time of year where mare udders grace everyone’s feed!

Cherokee has been extremely uncomfortable the last few days, so I decided to get down and get a closer look, well look what I found! Just a little bit of wax and her milk has come all the way in, hopefully soon we will have a foal on the ground!

It’s a beautiful day to work with the girls on trailering! This was Rev’s first time ever seeing a trailer and she handled it like a champ, on and off with no issues!
Spider has had a fear of the trailer her whole life, so today we took it very slow and with a lot of patience she was willing to get on and off, the cookies in my pocket probably helped too 😜

Can y’all believe how big these girls are getting?!

Cherokee is in the home stretch y’all! We are 44 days from her due date, but I’m not counting or anything….

Cherokee is bred to SHR QTs DiamondCutter and we are all crossing our fingers for a filly!

What do you think she will have?!

Well it’s likely that tonight is the last night of the year that it’ll be nice enough to leave all the girls out, so they may as well get to enjoy it right?!

If y’all aren’t familiar with how weird Texas weather is; today the high was 80° and the low is 56°… it’s November 24th…

Rev got her brand! I’m so excited to see how it heals!

For those whom I know will ask: I freeze brand all my foals, broodmares, and recip mares. This way they can always be traced back to my program.

There are however two mares in my program who are not branded and can not be branded due to breed rules, can anyone guess who they are?
