Meet APPOLO! He is looking for a HOME!

Appolo is one of my grooming clients and his owner has recently passed.. I just took him into my home because he was being left outside in this nasty cold weather and not being properly taken care of since his owner is no longer here… the neighbor was sneaking him inside her house at night so he wouldn’t freeze to death. I am trying to find a home for him since none of the family wants to take responsibility for him. He was originally paired with a female Australian Shepherd and she was successfully homed, so he has been in a household with another like-sized dog. I’m sure he’s probably updated on vaccination records (files are being looked for by the owner’s accountant). She has found the copy of his AKC registration in the now passed owner’s name. He CANNOT be paired in a household with cats! He will EAT them!

LOVES attention, loves to play outside, and absolutely loves stuffed animals. He’s an energetic boy that has a lot of love to give someone. He rides GREAT in the vehicle. Currently on a blue buffalo diet.

He is with me in De Leon, Texas. Please share so I can find him a loving home!!

Okay ladies and gents,

Western Wags will be CLOSED both Tuesday February 18th and Wednesday February 19th due to possibly icy conditions on the roads.

Thursday I am fully booked and I have availabilities both Friday and Saturday for those wanting to reschedule sooner rather than later. As of now, we’re not supposed to get precipitation at the end of this week so those days should be fine - just cold!

You are more than welcome to contact me directly for days and times to reschedule, or submit an appointment request with our online booking feature.
