Meet Gyspy!

11 year old grade paint mare (age confirmed by vet). Standing right around 13.3 hands she’s a large pony size. Teeth floated in September, super sturdy feet! This mare is gentle and not spooky at all! She’ll go all day for you, tons of go. We had gotten her for my client as a kids horse needing a tune up but she’s just a little too much and needs a job. She’d be a super handy using horse! She rides ba****ck and in a halter as well. Was told she was used in the sale barn before we got her on and off. Videos available upon request.

Who’s looking for a super broke kids horse!?

Meet Solo❤️

Solo is a 16 year old grade gelding. Age confirmed by vet. Standing at 15 hands this big boy is broke!
No buck, rear, bite, or kick. Neck reins, stops, picks up both leads, super smooth and easy going! Solo is finished on the barrel pattern and has been used for kids lessons.
I keep front shoes on him since it’s rocky where I’m at and give equioxx daily to manage mild arthritis (nothing unusual for his age and he has been checked over by my vet). Teeth floated and vaccines updated this month (October). Solo is looking for some kids to teach and give a confidence boost to! He will go the speed you ask of him and is the same horse when left off. Walks right up to you at pasture and lowers his head when bridling or brushing. He is the sweetest! A good home is an absolute must! Videos available at request!

William Perez I just have to brag on your new mare, Gyspy! Spent the evening doing groundwork with everyone for an “easy day” for the horses. Gypsy has been settling in so wonderfully and I see progress every single day with her! She is so sweet and gentle! She is going to be the perfect family horse 🤍

Meet Gyspy! She is one of my clients new horses I helped find. She’s in need of a little TLC but with some feed, deworming, and some teeth floating, she’s going to be the perfect family horse!
This mare has the sweetest personality and was a family horse in the past. She’ll be with me until the end of September then she will be going home to her new family🤍

This little stinker is coming along! I stepped back a bit and focused in on some ground work to sort through some attitude he had (most likely just due to be a 2 year old and recently gelded) and today went back to riding and he did absolutely wonderful!

The horses are absolutely loving their fans right about now with this crazy heat! Waters are filled 3 times a day and horses are worked early morning or late at night!

🌵Meet Koda🌵
9 year old grade buckskin paint gelding
Standing at 15 hands koda is a big b***d horse!

Koda spent about 6 months training with me over winter and is now back to find a new home. He rides well in the arena and out on the trail. I’ve hauled him to Decatur Grasslands and rode 9 miles of trails. He’s not a huge fan of water but will cross, he will cross bridges no problem. This is a horse I’m not afraid to throw other people on, he’s on the lazier side and is real gentle.

Koda isn’t fitting well with his current owners and the west Texas heat is really hard on him. He has fly allergies that the heat makes worse. I’ve been keeping a fly sheet on and his skin is already clearing up.

Koda is a solid trail horse but he comes with very minor quirks, which reflect in his price. He stands tied all day but will set back if spooked. He is not fancy broke and the more you leave him alone the better he will ride. He is not bombproof but if you take new or scary things slow he is good about it, if you rush him or get onto him he will just act more scared. Right after being trimmed he does get sore only on hard, rocky ground! He’s fine after that and shoes would probably fix that problem. He rode barefoot that 9 mile trail ride with absolutely no soreness after.

Two newbies on the block!
I’m sure y’all remember koda, the buckskin paint gelding. He was here October till April for training. He is back to be sold! His allergies get bad in west Texas and he isn’t fitting with the rest of the herd great so he will be available! He’s a great big gentle trail gelding!

Caramel is a 2 year old gelding (newly gelded) that is in to be started! I’ve started halter breaking him and he’s already extremely gentle! He is a full sibling to Lea Dawn, the grey mare that I had in training a couple months ago as well!

April sells July 2nd at Bowie Texas Livestock: Consignment Horses! Check out her ad shared below on this page! This mare has been with me for just about 90 days now and she has made crazy progress!
Don’t be fooled by her zebra main currently she can grow a long and thick mane! She came off pasture with it super knotted up so we had to cut it but it will be back long in no time! (Last picture shows her mane before)
I’ve hauled this mare to ropings and ridden her both inside and out of the arena. She’s been ponied off of other horses and is good to stand tied.
I get compliments on her everywhere I go!

She has never threatened to buck or rear under saddle. She has a great mind and is a quick learner. She has a very calm demeanor and has been hauled out to ropings. She stands tied, bathes, saddles, lunges, and rides out nicely. She's a more serious mare that wants to work. She is ready for a job!
