Anyone out there willing to foster these babies off of 12th street. I can’t bend over or pick anything up for a while and can’t take care of them their mom needs help too.. they look like they are covered in fleas possibly the ticks from all the scratching they do. I feel so helpless and need warm hearts too stop up

Newest invoice from Customs. At this time we do not have the money to pay this. Rescue is so expensive.

This is the newest invoice for what we were told would be about 20 more per dog. Didn't quite turn out that way. We have been paying customs about 105.00 average, per dog to cross.
But, for 2 years they have been trying to get us to pay the added value of the dig so that it includes the vet fees. I guess they decided to make our group the first one to implement it. The new invoice includes a charge for 680.00 for the broker redoing it 2 x. That 680.00 will not be on the next charge when wr cross.
The charge for crossing 34 dogs will be about 7300.00. This adds 106.00 per dog to the original 105.00 that we pay per dog to cross.
Now, you allwill be as confused as me. Bottom line is that it will cost more at customs/ brokerage to cross the dogs.
We have been trying to figure out a fair solution to this. We have to bring our dogs north. No way to move any in Texas.
We willpay 25.00 of the new charges. That will leave 80.00 to be added to our current adoption fees
If we offer to split up the adoption fees Into 2 parts( example. 1/2 up fro t and 1/2 a week prior to delivery? Or a deposit of 250.00 per dog and bal 1 week prior to delivery?.
We are open to suggestions
It will make every dog rescue pay the same thing. Customs wants to value the adults at 400. And the puppies at 425.00


We are over the barrel here. What we raised will pay the extra charge for the broker . We have to pay the broker the new bill
3002.00 . That is Cad Not Usd. So we need to raise the approx 2400
USD to pay this bill on dogs already crossed
