Good morning everyone! Just needed to let everyone know that my parking area is being re done and it will be smaller due to work being done out here. That being said there will be a very deep hole dug soon so I'd definitely bring your pet on a leash for their safety! Also that way I will have a leash in case they need to go potty as my back fence area is also moved for now until everything is done! 😊 Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Good morning everyone! I just need to share some upcoming changes. I will be working on a waiver to be signed prior to your grooming appointments. In the next 2 weeks. I have had more no shows/less than 24 hours notice cancelations the last month and the business is taking a huge hit. I will need everyone to sign the waiver prior to their grooming appointment in order to keep my doors open. Supporting your local small businesses are incredibly important, especially one that offers a much needed service for our community. Keep the communication open and feel free to text me with questions you may have or needing verification for appointments 620-204-0521. I can answer a text quicker than a call because I may be busy working on a dog. 📣Also, is there ANY interest in summer "stay and play spa days"? I plan to start getting prepared for those days soon. I'll be purchasing a small pool for them to play in and have pupcups withhome made doggy icecream, get to pick a toy to take home. I set a price and they can get groomed/bathed and you "rent" the shop for the day specifically for your pets to stay all day and play and gets pampered and spoiled! Drop a comment if there is any interest! Want to mark a few days off for those if there is!

Just a reminder to be sure and check the rules of my shop pinned above. I have had 3 no shows this week and 2 last week... That takes a huge chunk because I can't get someone in last minute when I'm expecting you so I take a loss on that appointment. Be sure and double check your appointment times, if you're unsure shoot me a message or text and I will get right back to you on what date I have you down! It's always better to double check than not check and show up at a time that I'm already booked.😊 I am trying my hardest to juggle everything between the schedule and being back to back with grooming. I have had some time to work on the schedule and I will be contacting everyone within the next 2 weeks on your routine dates for the remainder of the year!! Thank you to everyone who bares with me! As a single mother of 3 and a solo business I am doing the best I can without putting myself under too much stress! I am also trying to stay away from staying too late in the shop and trying to keep my days off available to my children(If your pet is small or medium and needs to stay all day I can work with that with an additional daycare fee) . I will have one Saturday available possibly one and a half starting this month but if you could try to possibly make the weekdays work if at all possible that would be absolutely wonderful! Thank you all for your continued love and support especially through the bumps in the road that I have had. I'm doing the best I can getting around to everyone!

This girl was lots of work! 8 months without a deshed the undercoat was a mess and I worked on her for over 2 hours in the bath to try to get it all untangled! What a fluffy teddy 😍

Good morning everyone! Hope everyone has a wonderful week. Just something I'd like to put out there. I am getting very booked with people staying on a regular schedule and very limited slots available for non routine clients I can only fit in 4 small dogs a day and with large I can only do 2 a day. I may get to the point I will have to turn clients away. So drop your name below with how many weeks out you'd like to schedule if you'd like to be a guaranteed spot. 4, 6, or 8 weeks is what I'd like to aim for because it's easier for me to schedule that way, or if you have dates that work best for you send them my way and I'll check my book for the year! Thank you everyone!! Also I'm only aiming for 1 Saturday a month and have 2 people already booking saturdays!

Please include Gabbys family in your prayers tonight; tomorrow they will say their goodbyes to Sweet Gabby. I am blessed to say I got to give this sweet girl her spa day once a month and I fell in love with her. My heart goes out to them. It is never an easy decision to make; After all our pets spend their entire life loving us whole heartedly and it tears a hole in our heart when it's time to let them go. 🌈 💜 I love you Gabby girl, thank you for the time I got to spend with you.

More often than not, the job/art/talent we have goes unnoticed. Sometimes people think it's just a shave down, it's just a groom.. But we put our hearts and souls and safety on the line everyday. We put ourselves at risk daily for being bitten or scratched; dogs can be unpredictable at times. It takes true patience and a kind soul to handle this job. To my clients who show continued love and support and understanding THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OF MY HEART!!! It's been a struggle since the first of the year deciding whether I could stay afloat, but I made it with the help of a special couple who I will forever hold close to my heart, and to each and everyone who has donated to help me with the purchase of my supplies, every little bit helps!!! This was a process! Deep conditioning and alot of patience to slowly and safely de matt the areas that needed de matted, and then cut some and brush and repeat the process until perfection! 5 hours of work but I am very happy with the results!

Hey everyone!! I had a client who reached out to me that has 2 Bassetts. They are having to relocate to Missouri get better services for their son and unfortunately they can't take the dogs with them. Elle is a 2 year old papered female and Maynard is a rescue and they think he is around 4. I will personally be doing vet reference checks for them because they want a very loving home as this is a hard decision for anyone to have to make! If you're interested shoot me a message or text me and we can communicate back and fourth! They are not asking a fee, they just want a loving family who will care for them for life! Blue who I havent seen in over 2 years ( I groomed him at the vet clinic), and Betty who I saw as a puppy before I left the vet clinic came today!!! We got carried away playing for about 30 minutes before their grooming session!

I've been grooming this girl religiously since she was a baby.. We have a ritual that she lays her head in my lap for 10 minutes and then lays down while I get everything ready and she knows everything by command. This shows the importance of getting them exposed to grooming young, but also shows the bond this girl and I have. She lifts her paws for nail buffing, and always touches her head to mine after we accomplish each step of the groom. Photo in comments... Just know this is why I'm a solo groomer providing the most one on one experience. Grooming should not be a high stress situation for your fur baby. Also cheap grooming isn't always the best option.
