Heads up! We are unexpectedly down a groomer due to health issues. This unfortunately leaves us overbooked for much of the next several weeks. For those of you with existing appointments, we will be reaching out to many of you next week to reschedule your appointments. We hate to do this, but we can only groom so many dogs in one day. Jayson and Asa look forward to keeping your dogs clean and fresh, even if we may need to push out your appointment.

Hello! Here is a reminder of our of our late/cancellation policy. While we understand that plans are always changing, we would like to encourage everyone to let us know of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

The policy is as follows:
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, a 20% late fee may be added to the final cost of grooming.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or less of your appointment time, a 20% late cancellation fee may need to be paid before making a new appointment.
- If you do not show up for your appointment without giving notice, a 50% no-show fee must be paid before making a new appointment.

We would also like to remind you of our cancellation list, which you can request to be added to at any time. With this policy and the cancellation list, we are aiming to fill appointments as they open up so everyone and every pup is taken care of in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the cancellation list or policy, feel free to contact us.
