We have openings for our Intermediate Obedience class starting Thursday 4/8/25 at 6:30 pm. This class is a great opportunity for those that have been through basic obedience class. 🐶🐾Strengthen your dog’s foundational skills while learning new ones. Leave It Obstacle Course

Our Tuesday night basic obedience class graduated this week! They showed incredible impulse control with the “Leave It” obstacle course! We are so proud of the pups and their owners for putting in the work over the past 6 weeks!

Since the weather wasn’t safe to train outside this morning, we had to get a little creative for Blu’s training session. We worked on recalling him off of a treat and as you can see, he did awesome!

Here is a video from our last intermediate obedience class! Our next intermediate obedience class starts February 20th at 6:30pm. We have only a few more spots left so be sure to sign up asap if you are wanting to sign your pup up for the class!

We don’t let a little snow stop us from training 💪❄️☃️

Charlie has shown resource guarding tendencies in the past and he LOVES playing with the ball. In order to safely get the ball from Charlie, I taught him a drop it command. For extra precaution I recalled him to me and put him in a down stay while I retrieved the ball. Charlie has come a long way is his training and is a very good boy! He just needed a little guidance and to learn boundaries/impulse control.

Gus Gus went on a field trip for his last day of his Play and Train program. We worked on his off leash recall and as you can see in the video, he was very good about checking in with me! Gus Gus started with 4 private lessons to get a jump start on his training and then 4 weeks of the Play and Train program to teach him off leash training. He has come such a long way since his first day of training! Good job Gus Gus!

Putting Blu's impulse control to the test by spinning the new office chair around the training room! As you can see, he nailed it! Blue is almost 2 weeks into his 6 week Play and Train program where he will learn advanced off leash obedience. We currently have availability in February for Play and Train dogs. If you are interested in getting your dog into one of our training programs be sure to give us a call at (269)-465-6239 to schedule a Meet and Greet with the trainer!

Gus Gus went on his first public outing as part of his training program! With the chilly weather making us feel like we were in a freezer, we headed to Tractor Supply to work on his obedience skills. He did an amazing job and soaked up all the attention from the employees. Who knew a trip to the store could turn into a mini fan club for him? Gus Gus is definitely on the right track! 🐾✨
