Checking on the bull power today: a few were willing to stand nice for pictures. Trying to decide who to put on which cows, with the new calf crop on the ground to help factor. Rancher science project.

The boys picked 4H Poultry this year, so they are growing their flock, learning responsibility, and having fun.

They may have some roosters, if anyone is looking to add some color to future, layers eggs.

When your calf hotbox is the bathroom…

This calf was up & moving great until the wind chilled him & knocked his body temp down. He seemed to give up. He wouldn’t try. We got him warmed up, filled him with mom’s milk, and back out with mom. He has the zoomies this morning & is doing great!
