Cosmos puppies are three and a half weeks old! 😳 I can’t believe it! I am going to start posting their individual pictures weekly and their names! 😉 We went with an “L” theme. Can’t wait for you to see them 😂

We have been raising Golden Retrievers for eight years! These are just SOME of the awesome updated pictures families have sent me! What a blessing! My Riley turned 8 years old last month. Hard to believe she’s that old, and hard to believe I didn’t have her before then. Our family has been so blessed by her gentleness, as have hundreds of other people as she has worked as a therapy dog for seven years.
Riley is what inspires me to keep raising puppies. I hope one day everyone can have their own “Riley”. If you have your once in a lifetime dog leave a picture in the comments!

Tasha had THIRTEEN puppies this morning and they all look great! 🥳 For anyone keeping count- we currently have TWENTY THREE puppies! So…with that being said we are going to offer a few incentives.
We offer incentives for military/active duty, returning families, and referrals in which both parties are on my reservation list.

Six days old and these beauties are growing strong! Dew claws have been removed and everyone did great! Little miss red girl is the biggest most laid back puppy! Her litter name is Lainey!

Here they ARE! Cosmos had ten beautiful puppies yesterday! We have eight males and two females. One of the females is already spoken for so if you’re wanting the other, please reach out quickly! They are beautiful and have the best nature. These puppies are all genetically clear through Embark DNA. 🙌🏼

I am SO excited to FINALLY announce…we are expecting {two} litters of Golden Retrievers! 🤩 We have not had puppies in over a year so we can’t wait for them to arrive! Cosmos and Tasha are both having puppies out of our stud dog Quill. We expect Cosmos to have puppies in a few weeks and Tasha maybe a week after her. If you are interested in a puppy please message me for info! YAY!

Make sure your dogs have clearly labeled I.D. tags and sure fitting collars! Fireworks can be very stressful for dogs. Remember, you GET what you PET. Don’t pet your anxious shaking dog if they are scared. Put them indoors in a crate or safe place that’s familiar to them and keep them on a leash when you go outside.

📢 We have some BIG, or should we say {SMALL} news over here at Kings! In addition to our Golden Retrievers, we are also going to raise AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgis!
While I am very passionate about Golden Retrievers, my children are very passionate about Corgis. My husband and I have decided to let them raise corgis under our supervision!
Meet: HOWIE (black head tri), and BERNIE (sable bluie)🤍 the cutest corgis there are! This pair is amazing and by far the best corgis I have ever been around. They are very laid back, friendly, and awesome with our cats, kids, and other dogs. Another COOL thing about these two is that they are both BLUIE💙 carriers! So…hopefully by the end of summer or into fall we will have a beautiful litter of puppies ranging from black headed tris to sables to bluies! These are smaller corgis, both weighing under 20 pounds. We hope to raise puppies that are smart, friendly, and laid back family dogs.

Crating your dog is one of the best and easiest ways to instill some hands off discipline, as well as routine. Our dogs love getting in their crates every night!
One way to create excitement about crating is to toss a small treat in their crate for them to find when they get in. 🦮🎾🦮

🦮Tuesday Night Training Tip!🦮
Does your golden LOVE to play fetch 🎾 but never wants to stop playing? This is one of the best and coolest tricks to teach them and it’s super easy! It’s called ”Last One”. After you’ve thrown the ball for a while, say “last one” a couple of times. Throw the ball and when your dog is on their way back to you, gentle say “no” or “that’s all” and move on to something else. After a few repetitions of this game you’ll end up with a dog who has an {ON/OFF} switch for fetch! 👏🏼🎾

If I have ever helped you with dog training you have probably heard me say the phrase “a tired dog is a good dog”. When my sister Sarah sent me this picture of her two goldens tonight that was my first thought! 👏🏼 Way to go! They look like…good dogs! 😂
