On October 20th Valor and I got to participate in a NACSW scent work trail. We didn't earn our NW1 title that day as you need to be perfect (4/4 correct searches). We got three of the four elements correct. We missed containers but got vehicles, interior and exterior correct! I often forget she is only 16 months old and has only been in this sport for less than four months! We will get that NW1 title next spring! So proud of my baby girl!
Miss Liberty with the exterior search! I love her drive! She is always ready to play the game! She didnt find the second hide (it was in a crack in the concrete) so I called it to maintain her confidence! Good work Libs!
Valor searching boxes this evening! Such a good and clear alert!

Miss Libertys positive alert for Clove!
The girls participated in an Odor Recognition Trial (ORT) this morning. Valor needed to pass only anise since that is what we missed last month. Valor nailed it! She has officially passed her ORT!
Liberty went 2/3, missing anise. Dang anise! We will nail anise next month with Libs!
Here is a video of Valor with a positive alert with anise!
