Available to someone with taller fences! Ole gal has got to go. I’m tired of chasing her back in, she will jump over our fences and crawl through the Hotwire. (Which is no surprise, but the rest of the cows don’t bother it). Born 4/14/22, her last horn measurement was 56 3/8” TTT on 11/13/24, she can be registered but is currently not. She’s been exposed to our bull since July 4th (50” TTT, 17” around the base on 11/13/24, coming two year old). She may or may not be bred 🤷🏽‍♀️ she is a lovely cow and will mature nicely and make someone som nice calves but it won’t be us. PM if interested, we are located in Stillwater, OK! She is tame and lets you pet her also.

Introducing the Chore Assistant!
Do you have horses or cows or dogs or chickens or anything in between that need watching over the holidays? Going on a trip and don’t have someone to watch the place while you’re gone? I’m available to help! Pricing will depend on what you have but I am reasonable!! I can go to your house or you can drop off your horses with me. I have three open horse stalls (10x20), and two bigger yards for those that would like to drop off. (Negative coggins required for that service!)

About me:
I grew up in South Dakota on a small ranch raising cattle, horses and sheep. With lots of chickens and ducks to go with it. Currently my husband and I raise Quarter Horses and Longhorns here in Stillwater. I have worked as a veterinary assistant, the OSU Equestrian Barn and have many years of experience handling livestock.

Longhorn update:
Our new herd sire Doc Holiday is looking fantastic!! He has really grown the past few months and we are SUPER excited to see the horn growth over the next couple years. His sire is 80+ inches from tip to tip.
Side bar we added two new cows to the mix this weekend! Annie Oakley and Montana Belle, we are excited to see the calves from these crosses next year! And of course we have the original trio putting on some horn growth during this hot summer. (Need to take some actual measurements one of these days)

We will be sending JW to the meat locker on Wednesday this week and we will have some meat for sale so be on the lookout for that!👀🥩

Do yall remember the black filly Stella? She went home with her new owners in 2022, her name is now Betty! I so appreciate Shawna for sharing her adventure with Betty.
