Several things!
Just a reminder this is my busy season! I am currently booking out further than usual so please do not wait until last minute to try and schedule holiday grooms. I will not be taking new clients to be fair to long term clients and also myself. The last 3 years I have killed myself physically and emotionally trying to accommodate everyone. That's not fair to myself or my family so holiday spots will be limited this year.
Another reminder that goes along with that is im one person. I am one person with a whole other full time job and my own family and pets. I work 40 hours a week at the hospital, have a fiance that I do like to see occasionally, friends I don't hang out with enough and a baby brother whose basketball season is about to start. Please be patient. I'm never ignoring anyone but I'm not always in the position to immediately respond to messages and calls are nearly impossible. Please send a text or messenger message and I will get back to you. But again I am one person and it likely will not be same day. It might even take a couple of days if it's a weekend or things are busy. If that does not work for you I am not the groomer for you.
As always I appreciate everyone and their pets so much but as we approach the holidays give some grace
