Meet Quella, Quincy, Quill, Quin and Quinton!!

Quella, Quincy, Quill and Quin are female.
Quinton is a male.
These sweet little babies are about 8 weeks old.
They are a little shy right now as they haven’t been very socialized.
We know with some patience and TLC, they will come around and be super sweet kittens!

They like spending time with each other and probably wouldn’t mind having other kitties in their future homes. As long as they had a slow and proper introduction.
We have no idea what they think about dogs.

The 4 girls are all spayed.
Quinton is neutered.
They are all microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and negative for FeLV and FIV. Their adoption fees are $55 each.

It comes as no surprise to anyone that we go through a LOT of blankets and beds here at our shelter!!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kathie (left) and LeeAnn (middle) with Oklahoma Home, Community and Education (OHCE) with Payne County!

Kathie has taken her personal time and energy to use donated fabric and scraps to sew and make both beds and blankets for our shelter animals.

She has also recruited some help along the way!!
Some 4H students have been helping make toys. As well as many of connections Kathie has made.

Our shelter animals and us couldn’t be any more grateful for such an act of kindness!

ADOPTED!!

Meet Chai!!

This beautiful girl is about 2 years old. We believe she is a Rottweiler/Chow Chow mix. She currently weighs 37 pounds and needs to gain quite a bit of weight. She should probably be sitting at about 50-55 pounds in full health.

Chai is a sweet, mellow girl who has had a rough start to life. She is ready to have a family that can spoil and love her endlessly, finally giving her the life she deserves!

Chai is quite the lover girl! She loves any and all affection she can get and even enjoys giving gentle hugs.
Chai is a gentle girl at heart and is pretty quiet. She is slowly gaining more confidence and energy in our care and her personality shines through more and more every day!

She has already become a fan favorite amongst volunteers and our staff.

Since she’s not super active or playful, we think she would probably be fine to live in an apartment. Really she could mold into just about any living situation!!

She’s easygoing and we know her perfect home is out there!!

Chai is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $85.

ADOPTED!!

Meet Stella!!

This cute little lady is about 3 months old. We believe she is a Black Labrador Retriever/Collie mix. She currently weighs 23 pounds and will continue to grow. We figure she will be a standard 50-60 pounds once full grown.

Stella is an absolute doll! She is such a sweet little lady who loves all people!
She’s pretty quiet and also pretty clean for being such a little pup!
She is still learning what toys are, but overall seems to enjoy the company of people more than anything!

She already walks pretty well on the leash.
We know with consistent training and patience, she will make someone a fantastic little pup!!

She doesn’t mind our other dogs here. We have no idea what she thinks about cats.

Stella is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $85.

The ULTIMATE adoption photo!!

If you have been to our shelter in the last year and a half, chances are you were greeted by Ember when you entered the door.

Ember came to us in February of 2024 as a stray who was found living in a ditch.

She quickly had us all wrapped around her finger as she found herself slowly but surely spending every day in the office with us.

Ember has been a hard pup to adopt out as she doesn’t get along with other dogs and thinks cats are chew toys!!

We had a few wonderful families step up to try and give her a loving home! As it turned out, when she left the shelter she would stop eating and never quite settle in.

It took us a while to accept it, but Ember really did claim us as her home❤️

For several months now, our office has been her “kennel”. She sleeps in there, eats in there and helps us manage all adoptions, phone calls, emails etc.

All she is missing are some thumbs to help file paperwork ;)

We couldn’t be any happier to announce Ember now being a FOREVER member of our Humane Society Family!!

She gets spoiled with lots of walks, treats, toys and love every day and I’d say she’s got it pretty made for being a shelter dog!

As you visit our shelter, Ember will continue to be the greeter. But be forewarned that she thinks she is a TSA agent who must inspect every bag that enters!!

She will confiscate (and kill) any plushy toys that squeak and anything that is edible (human food included)

We are excited and blessed to make Embers remaining years as fulfilling as possible!

Meet Blessing!!

This sweet grey face is about 10 years old. We believe she is a Black Labrador Retriever mix. She currently weighs 40 pounds and could afford to gain a few more.

Blessing is an old gal simply looking for a soft place to land for her last couple years of life. She has been through a lot and we want nothing more than for her to have a wonderful home where she can lounge, relax and feel all the love❤️

Blessing can be found mostly lounging around and enjoying her peace and quiet. She loves being with people and feeling included in whatever is going on.

She’s great at giving hugs!!

Blessing isn’t overly fond of other dogs. She has no interest in playing. She would do best in a home with other older, mellow dogs that really don’t pay much attention to her.
We have no idea what she thinks about cats.

We know Blessings perfect home is waiting for her somewhere!

Meet Blair!!

This beautiful girl is about a year and a half old. We believe she is a Pointer mix of some kind. She currently weighs 61 pounds and is done growing.
If anything may get a bit stockier.

Blair is such a sweetheart! She loves every person she meets, especially if you give her some belly rubs!

Blair has a very mellow, go with the flow, happy to be involved personality.
She walks great on a leash and knows how to sit.

She doesn’t mind our other dogs here. We have no clue what she thinks about cats.

Blair is a great girl and we know she will make an awesome addition to someone’s family!!
She hasn’t been with us long, but we are all surprised no one has fallen in love with her yet!

Blair is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $85.

Sunday wants to wish everyone a good morning!!

She has been recovering well and getting stronger every day!!

She successfully made it through her amputation surgery!

She will now be staying with a wonderful foster home to continue her recovery process!!
Everything is uphill from here❤️

Meet Mitch, Blink, Fergie and Nova!!

These cute babies are about 9 weeks old.

Mitch and Blink are male.
Fergie and Nova (ADOPTED) are female.

These playful kittens are eager to each have families of their own where they can play all day and be spoiled as ever!!
They are super cuddly and love being held.

They love to play with one another!
We think they would enjoy having playmates in their future homes as long as they had slow and proper introductions.
