The North Hill Community Garden is run by a small group of volunteers who meet monthly to plan activities and improvements, tackle management issues, and serve as liaisons to our community. In 2012 we rented our 40 plots to gardeners of all ages, abilities and levels of expertise. If you are interested in renting one of our plots this year, we welcome any gardener living in the city of Stillwater. You can be a novice or a seasoned pro.

Plot sizes are 9 x 9 ft ($40), 4 x 9 ft ($30), or 3 x 9 ft ($25). Financial support is available—let us know what you need!

2021 Plot Signup Information - Starting Tuesday, April 6, we will be accepting applications by email. Please send all requests to [email protected] with the following information:

1. Name and phone number.
2. Type of plot wanted: 9' x 9' ($30), 4' x 9' ($20), or an elevated, handicap accessible 3' x 9' ($15). Scholarships are available.

Please download and read our gardening agreement available from our website (https://www.northhillcommunitygarden.org/).

We will follow up with all applications to help you select a plot and to arrange payment. Applicants will be processed until all plots are rented.

Welcome to the North Hill Community Garden Located at 1004 Martha Street North, our garden is located in the historic North Hill neighborhood of Stillwater, Minnesota. With the upcoming growing season, we will be celebrating our ninth year of planting seeds and growing communities.
