Bosco's Boarding Story: A Testament to Our Amazing Petpals

We're excited to share Bosco's boarding story and highlight the exceptional care provided by our Petpal team.

Bosco has boarded with us before, but during his most recent stay, our Petpals noticed signs of anxiety. Acting quickly, they moved him to a more comfortable location, but his discomfort persisted.

Determined to ensure Bosco's well-being, our Petpals contacted his owner and collaborated with our doctors to develop a plan to help him feel better. By the end of the day, Bosco was moved to a quieter area, and our doctors provided additional support to manage his anxiety.

Now, Bosco is thriving and enjoys his time here, both outside and inside! We're incredibly proud of our Petpals and the Trinity team for their dedication and quick thinking, ensuring that every pet has a positive experience.
