PLEASE READ: We thought about this for quite awhile now before ultimately making our decision. We are doing this to prioritize our existing clients since for some this is the most busiest time of the year for us and other grooming businesses. Because of this, we are booking out alot quicker than usual. We have not opened or started to book our schedule for December yet until we return from our vacation. We had the idea to do this but hesitated since as many know we have always taken in new clients. But last year around the same time of the year, some of our clients weren't able to book with us before the holidays. We noticed that it was because many "new" clients pre-booked though our website since they weren't able to book with their groomers again for the same reason that it's the busiest time of the year. We found it completely unfair that our clients that have supported our business for months or even years ,couldn't get a appointment slot due to this. Which is why we ultimately decided to prioritize our existing clients during this time of year. Like we mentioned before our December schedule is not quite open yet until we officially return from vacation. So to all our clients, please contact us through our social medias, by call or text until after our return since our online booking option will be currently unavailable during this time. This is to make sure all our clients are able to book first and be able to choose and hopefully accommodate to their schedules to find an appointment day and time that works for each and every one of you. We thank everyone for your continuing support and hope we thoroughly explained ourselves without offending anyone. Thank you!
