This is just a notice that we will be increasing our prices for the new year of 2026. Due to the cost of living, gas, groceries, cost of product and equipment constantly increasing, we will need to increase our prices to continue to provide our services and continue to use high quality products without cutting corners. We always hear such a great feedback on the quality of the products we use (pets smelling great for longer, coat texture restored,etc) and never had any issues as far causing a reaction or any allergy related. So we would like to continue using what we know works best for us and our clients. Our starting price for full grooming including full body haircut will now be $70 instead of $65. And starting price for basic groom (no full haircut included) will be $55 instead of $50. Of course all prices are estimates not final prices varying by pets size, temperament and coat condition. Booking for 2026 is currently unavailable until the start of January while we update our prices on our website. Please read thoroughly in the price description or info when booking since some prices will be stated as a starting price for a specific breed due to the extra work its may give us for a specific coat type ,no matter the weight category they fall under (For example Doodle prices will start at $95 instead of the $85 and huskies or any double coated large breed will start $75 instead of the $70) Also increasing for add on extra services like flea shampoo, detangling/light dematting will also reflect on our website as well. New prices will be effective January 2026. Thank you

We always have serviced pets that have behavioral issues have 10+ years experience . However we are enforcing a stricter policy regarding this. First, we will require proof of rabies vaccine and must be up to date. Since there is a higher chance of getting bitten from pets who have aggressive reactions towards grooming and risk of an infection and worst case scenario even needing hospitalization. We do have muzzles for both cats and dogs to help us not get bitten easily but there's some situations where the pet may move excessively and can even remove the muzzle themselves which we do have safety bite-proof gloves for handling,etc. Second, any behavior or any record of your pet even maybe biting or reacting difficult ,has to be stated prior to the grooming process. We do understand that some may hesitate to do so to avoid being refused since most grooming salons have stricter policies and completely turn away pets without trying to attempt groom and we are always willing to give every pet a chance of course while their and our safety isn't at an extreme danger. Failure to inform us of aggressive and difficult behavior and especially intentionally withholding such important information will automatically result in refusal of service and will not be welcomed back to our salon. No exceptions. We value 100 percent honesty. Its a different case if you're unsure of how your pet may react but please do mention it to us prior to grooming. Third, we always have charged an extra behavior fee on top of the regular price that may vary due to pets size and level of behavior that must be agreed on by owner and signed by them on our grooming release for. Refusal to do so and disagreement on our fees will automatically result in refusal of service. Since we will not risk ourselves without agreement on our policies. And last, every pet is different and that can ultimately determine grooming result. We will try our very best to groom your pet if possible but we will not inflict unnecessary stress onto them so perfection cannot be expected and full price of service must be paid. Thank you
