Centre Plate smoothies help cleanse your body from the inside out! We specialize in two smoothies, Pat on the Back, and Blue Lagoon.

Each drink is packed with 10 essentials, all organic fruits and vegetables. It has enough nutrients to work as a meal replacement through out your day! Aside from our delicious product, Centre Plate provides health education services, exercise and dance classes (Yoga for Health, Zumba, African Dance, Running, Drumming), gardening and farming classes, and cooking demonstrations. We are committed to helping provide sustainability for years to come.
