A food revolution! A food resolution! Since companies do not have to label food or inform the consumer about certain ingredients, there is bound to be some repercussions by the consumers, right? I too became concerned about my family, and friends with the fluoride in the water, poisonings in the air, greedy corporations selling pills and not resolutions to diseases, I decided I had enough. After 20 years of working in the medical field, I have decided that this is the last year of my contribution to medical synthetic medicine. I will return to the old fashion way of staying healthy, and it starts with what we put in our mouths. Three years ago, I saw a program on FB for women who wanted to learn culinary arts and agriculture. That program led me on a journey that would catapult me to turn my entire view on sustainability, permaculture, and local growing, farmers markets and healthy choices to prevent diseases, despite what is introduced in the environment. I hope to share more information with the FB family about the importance of eating locally, not just because I am selling fresh produce, but because eating locally is the first in finding the freshest food possible.
