There are times when I regret the RSOA, “We don’t care what you wear” dress code policy.

Announcement: It’s with a heavy heart that we want to tell everyone that we will no longer be affiliated with AHCA starting in September.
Randy & I are still planning to go to AHCA Nationals this October. We will still have our shows, however, we will not have a dress code. You can wear whatever you want to including shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, hoodies, etc.
You will not be required to wear a hat, or helmet either. You ride however you feel most comfortable. We will have the same fee schedules, to include entries, RV Hookups, Stalls, etc.
We will always welcome your feedback & input with an open mind. We want everyone to have a great time & feel comfortable competing & hanging with everyone. We are planning changes for our retirement years, & will keep you guys updated, but for now, this is all we know for sure. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me, Cher Barrett. Thank you all in advance for your understanding.

Our AHCA / RTC competition will have several new obstacles this weekend that NOBODY has ever seen before. It’s amazing what I can dream up while on vacation. Y’all are gonna love it!!

We will not have cattle at the show this weekend, but you will love what we are doing with the sort pen instead. Text me your entries so I can get them in. We will be giving out free Italian Ice. For those who are renting stalls, please bring your fans for your horses.

We have a photographer coming to RanCher Arena Tuesday & Wednesday to do photo sessions with people & or their horses. There is no charge for the session. She will send you proofs. Pick which one’s you want. She charges $25. for a 5 pack & then any you want over 5 will be $3. each.
I have attached some of her work. Just let me know what day & time works best for you & I’ll get you on the schedule.

We have some neat surprises for our 2-day show this weekend to include cattle sorting with numbers, fog, bubbles, hides & some stuff we’ve never done before. Text or call 870-490-0177 to reserve your stalls & rv hookups. Stalls come with power, so bring your fan for your horse. Also RV Hookup comes with 50, 30 & 110 power, as well as water & WiFi. Text in your entries as soon as possible so we have a better chance of starting on time.
PRACTICE IS TONIGHT 5PM-9PM unless everyone leaves before 9.

Here are the winners for our Round Robin Ranch Sorting today.
Joe Forney, took 3rd place in Class 1, Cher Harris Barrett,co-owner/flagger, Dick Teague, took 1st in Class 2 & 2nd in Class 1, Melanie Oubre Kiker, took 1st in Class 1 & 3rd in Class 2, and Randy Barrett, took 2nd in Class 2. We all had a great time. Next Ranch Sorting Practice is June 9th with the Round Robin Ranch Sorting on June 10th. Reserve your spot ASAP. Also reserve your stalls & RV Hookup, if needed.
