Good news/bad news
I’ll start with the bad news. Unfortunately Tuna’s owner has had a major life event happen that put her in a position where she had to give Tuna back to me as she’s not currently in the position to take care of her. This obviously gutted her as she waited for Tuna for a long time and absolutely loves the dog that Tuna is, but ultimately she wants Tuna to have the life she deserves which I have nothing but respect for.
Now the good news for some lucky new family is that Tuna is now available!
For those of you that don’t know Tuna is the mom of our “G” litter and the sister of Mean-Ya. She is 2.5 years old and was retired from our breeding program after having the “G” litter. She is out of GCH Anya de Imperium IGP1 and the amazing 11 year old IDC World Winner Freaky Styley v. Hohenzollern IGP1 ZTP V1A
Tuna has 3 conformation championships, has won best of breed, best of group and best in show, and was fully health tested end of 2024 so all of her testing is current for 2025.
There’s not many environments that Tuna wouldn’t fit in. She is stellar with kids and people in general, loves other dogs/animals and is good with cats. She is perfectly accustomed to a city lifestyle and can be taken absolutely anywhere. She also spent a good chunk of her life living on a farm so she’s fine with that lifestyle too. She is great at the vet and does great being boarded or doing doggy daycare as well. She’s undoubtedly the most well rounded and the most trained dog I’ve ever had available aside from Lily.
She does great in her crate (has even used a soft travel crate), but no longer has to be crated as she’s perfectly fine in the house and will not be destructive or have any accidents. She adapts quickly to any handler and environment. She can be walked on a flat collar and loose leash and is also trained to be hands free when jogging or cycling. Responds great even to the slightest leash pressure. Lots of experience with public access. Her recall is great and she is good off leash. She knows a wide variety of commands all of which I’m listing below. She was introduced to bite work, but we never took her the whole nine yards to actually trial her in IGP. Her drive is very balanced meaning she will do just about anything for you and is great fun, but she is also fine with relaxing all day long and just cuddling. She has only recently been introduced to the e-collar and it was done the right way so she does phenomenally well with low stim work.
She is great in the car. She is good with baths, grooming, teeth brushing, dremmelling. She goes up on furniture when she is invited to, otherwise she stays on her dog bed. She is good on planes traveling as a service dog. Currently she is a medical alert service dog, but could be retrained to perform other tasks. She would make a stellar therapy dog as well. She is extremely easily introduced to new things and environments and adjusts super quickly.
With Tuna, it was always our plan to retire her after the one litter at which point she was going to be a service dog. Although, now that I’m getting her back, it’s tempting to keep her and breed her again as she gave me a phenomenal litter and is an amazing mom, I think she did her part for our program and gave me more than I could ever ask for, so with that she deserves the chance to go to the best of homes and enjoy her life. With that being said, she is NOT available for someone that would be looking to breed her. If it comes down to her being bred again, it would be done by me and nobody else, but I’d rather have her go make some family happy now instead.

I have attached some videos here but also have a ton more videos of Tuna working which I will be more than happy to share with anyone seriously interested after they have filled out my application and passed the vetting process.
Also Tuna’s previous owner/handler is more than happy to communicate with you and confirm everything about her from an unbiased perspective.
Tuna is NOT CHEAP, so please only contact me with serious inquiries. I am more than happy to have her stay with me as long as it takes to find her a perfect home as she fits in with my crew incredibly well and is an easy peasy dog.
