A big round of applause for the state of Maryland for being the 2nd state behind New York to recognize that cats have the right not to undergo forcible amputation - in other words they’ve outlawed declawing!

Steven update....After I brought Steven home, I kept him in the garage for a couple days. When I started letting him back outside he went back to the sweet ladies house. I think that with Steven being older, he doesn't want to deal with all these cats. The ladies name is Lumi and she is completely fine with letting Steven live at her house. She is taking great care of him. She even let him inside. Steven has made his choice of where he would like to retire. I love him and miss him but he is being extremely well taken care of. Lumi keeps me updated on how Steven is doing. I am grateful for Lumi! She is one of a kind!!

Steven has been found. A very sweet lady who lives somewhat behind me, has been taking care of him. He has been living in her garage. We think he is getting a little bit senile in his old age. We are super happy to have found him alive and to have been so well taken care of. 😊 ❤

Edit...I want to thank my client, Aimee for putting it all together. I told her Steven was missing and her face lit up. She said, I think my neighbor has been taking care of him. She got us in touch with each other. We exchanged pictures and it was Steven. Safe and sound.

A new pregnant stray showed up and we now have 4 kittens. I keep checking on them and they look good. If all goes well, they will be looking for forever homes in about 6-7 weeks 🤦‍♀️🤪😍 My husband said I'm not allowed to name them 🤣🤣🤣
