Today’s Christmas miracle!

A wonderful client brought in a stray cat for a wellness visit this morning. They found her in Strasburg two weeks ago. After scanning her for a microchip, one was found. We called the registered owner who let us know June Bug has been missing since September 😳
June Bug and her brother Cash escaped from her screened in window. Cash came home on his own 2 weeks ago and June Bug was returned today. Her owner was so excited. So happy that both of them will be back together with their family this Christmas holiday!

Big or Small, we see them all. Charlie the 2lb chihuahua and Caroline the 112lb Great Dane had surgery today. They both are recovering well!

Vinny has a bum toe and received a holiday inspired split. He enjoyed a kong smeared lick-it mat while we did the application to keep him calm and occupied.

1. What was your dream job as a child and how does it compare your current role?
My dream job was to be a vet. I've come pretty close as I'm now a vet tech and I love my job!
2. Do you have any hidden talents or unique hobbies?
I love to watch horror movies and make candles
3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Australia to see Steve Irwin's Zoo
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
Healing power to save those who need it most
5. What a fun fact about yourself that most people wouldn't know?
I make candles and wax melts. I co-own a small business "Whisk & Wick"
6. What's your spirit animal and why?
Rosco my pug. He loves to sleep and eat pizza which is his favorite and my favorite food

1. What was your dream job as a child and how does it compare to your current role?
I wanted to be a violinist or a nurse so I guess I got to be one of those but for
animals
2. Do you have any hidden talents or unique hobbies?
I was a violinist for a long time but decided horses were more fun
3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I would really love to see the National Parks out west and Italy
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
The power to heal for obvious reasons
5. What a fun fact about yourself that most people wouldn't know?
I grew up helping my dad train explosive detection dogs while he was in the
police department
6. What's your spirit animal?
I want to say a horse but I'm probably more a cat

1. What was your dream job as a child and how does it compare your current role?
My dream job was always a vet. I am doing exactly what I have always wanted to
do
2. Do you have any hidden talents or unique hobbies?
Not really unique, but I play competitive tennis and love to go line dancing
3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Australia. I want to go scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
To control time. I would love to go back in time to relive certain memories and
spend more time with past pets
5. What a fun fact about yourself that most people wouldn't know?
I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do
6. What's your spirit animal and why?
Betty, our office cat. I like attention but don't touch me. 😆

1. What was your dream job as a child and how does it compare your current role?
A teacher or working with animals. I get to do both with teaching owners about
new information and fun facts
2. Do you have any hidden talents or unique hobbies?
Can't think of any
3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Scotland or Switzerland to see the scenery and learn about the culture. Learn
more about my ancestors that came from Switzerland
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
To read animals mind or figure out what is wrong with them
5. What a fun fact about yourself that most people wouldn't know?
Love to read. I raise black Angus cows, but Longhorns are my favorite beef
breed
6. What's your spirit animal and why?
Don't have one, but I do love cows

1. What was your dream job as a child and how does it compare your current role?
I have always wanted to work with animals so I am right on track
2. Do you have any hidden talents or unique hobbies?
I love reading and kayaking
3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Both Alaska and Hawaii are on my bucket list
4. If you could have a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
My superpower would be enabling our pets to live longer. it goes way too fast
5. What a fun fact about yourself that most people wouldn't know?
One day, I would love to have goats, a pig, and a llama
