For the last announcement, I just want to highlight some things that will be included in the New Client Agreement Forms!
I did a ton of thinking and a lot of asking other groomers their opinions on how to better my location to make your pups stay more enjoyable and much less stressful on them! These are some of the things I have found that will better their experience! ♥️🐾

New Client Agreement Forms!
I’m pretty exited about these because once I get a majority of these filled out and filed, I will start using an online appointment planner! With your cell phone number, I’ll be able use it to send out automated appointment reminder texts and you’ll be able to confirm or reschedule your appointment by replying to the text! This will put some better organization in my life 🤪
Some of you have already filled out paper forms, there’s no need for you to fill these out again! I will go ahead and keep those filed! I will send the link to each client when I confirm your upcoming appt to make sure I get everyone covered!

Hey friends!! So, I’ve tried to avoid this for as long as I can but, due the rise in cost for supplies I’ve decided to go up on my prices a little! These prices will be effective beginning Monday, January 8th. Thank you for understanding!
The changes are as followed:

Each weight category in each package has gone up by $5
Nail trims are now $15
Flea treatments are now $10
Heavy dematting fee is now $20
A**l glands are now $15

I thought it would be easier and faster to make a post here rather than go and tell everyone who’s waiting on replies individually!
My phone did that wacky thing again yesterday where it deleted half my contacts! The only way for now that I can figure out how to fix it is to just do a complete erase and reset of my phone which takes….. hours… I had to do it twice yesterday! So be patient with me 😅 in between doing that, I had to use what time I had available where my phone wasn’t redownloading to contact clients to let them know their pups were ready! I will get back to everyone this evening that is waiting on replies!

One of our groups best friend moved to Minnesota a few months back so me and another friend are flying out for the weekend to visit! Hey fur friends! It’s been a while since I’ve made a post, I just wanted to make a little announcement!
School will be starting very soon and both my kiddos will be in school this year. I have decided to do a little adjusting to my schedule so I have plenty of availability to spend with my family! ♥️

I will only have 1 weekend available per month, with an extra Sunday if necessary. So at this time, I won’t be able to accept any new clients that require weekends so I can have availability for my routine clients.

I will also only take late evening appointments twice a week, which include 4pm and later appointments. The days will vary on which evenings those will be. Once I have two evening bookings for the week, the other evenings will be marked out.

Also, as far as school holiday breaks I won’t be taking appointments through the entire break. I’ll have days marked off to spend with my kiddos!

As always, I greatly appreciate every single of you guys for trusting me with your babies! A lot of my fur babies have been with me since the beginning and I think of them as family! ♥️🐾

Hey there friends! I hate to have to make a post regarding this but, it’s happening too often.

I know that it’s currently hard to get into any dog groomer that isn’t booked a month out. Which is why, if you book with me and find somewhere that can get you in sooner, I’m completely okay with it! I know how it feels when you’re desperate to get your fur babies in quick! But, I have had way too many no contact/no shows happen lately. It’s not fare to other clients that would gladly take up your spot and I would gladly put them there. I have a cancellation list that I contact whenever I have a spot come open. So, I just ask that you let me know when you decide to book elsewhere so the other clients that are booked out further have a chance to get in sooner too.
Thank you for understanding! I love every one of my clients and strive to make everyone a happy client!

It’s always hard when I loose a client, this past week I lost two good ones!

I have been grooming Miss Rainey every 3 weeks since I started last year and it broke my heart when I heard she’s moving to another state! But, I pray for safe travels and happiness for Gina Zlomke and her family in their new home! You’ve been so good to me and my kids loved it when the “nice lady with the teeny tiny dog” came! I’ll sure miss you! ♥️

Then, today I heard the awful news of Mr jasper passing away to puppy heaven! I’m so terribly sorry Rebecca Lynn Grein! I know jasper was very special to you and your family! It breaks my heart for you!! ♥️

When I groom your pups, they become a part of my family, I love every one that comes through my door and it’s so hard when they won’t be coming back! ♥️🐾
