Our hounds will go out with the Fort Leavenworth hounds on Saturday, March 16, 11 AM at Division/Mulvane Ranch. This will be a Formal Attire spectacular event. This is a joint meet between The Flint Hills Hunt and The Fort Leavenworth Hunt. We are blessed and thankful to have such beautiful country to hunt on. Come share this Flint Hills experience. After the hunt we plan on eating lunch at a local restaurant. Please call Jim or Carlie Beisel for more information, or a Master of FLH.

We are cancelling the hunt for tomorrow, Sunday. The forecast is for hot weather, which we have had all week. Since a lot of our hounds are older, we do not think they should hunt in the heat Stay tuned for a decision on Monday's hunt..

Kansas Hunt Week has come and gone! Lots of fun-nice people, sunny although hot weather, some coyotes, new friends all around, and the marvellous Flint Hills!

We are taking the rest of this week off. Then back to hunting....

Going to Flint Hills Hunt? Follow these easy directions. Seven miles west of Emporia, North on YY road five miles. West on 280th three miles. Yes you are on rural roads, but good roads. Do not take ZZ road or other Google routes. The Flint Hills Hunt location will come up on Google maps. Chase County Kansas.

Packing for Kansas Hunt Week!

First stop...the Flint Hills!
For those arriving Sunday in the vicinity of the Clover Cliff Ranch join Jim and Angela Fain on the Clover Cliff patio for snacks at 7pm.

For those boarding with Steve Thomas and in the Stilwell area meet at a tbd local restaurant.

Monday morning we will join as one group with Jim and Carlie Beisel and FFH pack to begin a fantastic week of hunting. Meet at 0745 at Casey's in Cottonwood Falls to convoy to the fixture.

Reminder there is limited access to water at the fixture, so bring plenty of water for your horses!
