Boxer puppies are a labor of love, they require work, consistency, patience and love. It’s not just puppy breath and puppy snuggles.

Shyla is a beautiful girl. She has aortic stenosis that is controlled by atenolol an inexpensive medication, she’s doing great. It’s not her fault. She was taken from an underground pen in a barn. She was used and abused. She is in foster with two boxers outside of Philadelphia. She is a wonderful girl. Don’t over look this young boxer,she’s a gem .

Cash was abandoned by his owner and ended up at a Humane Society in West Virginia. Cash previously lived with two other dogs and he did well with other dogs at the shelter. He is very sweet with people and is a playful, energetic boy. Cash arrived at his foster home in Maryland on Sunday and he has been settling in well. He is getting along great with both female dogs in his foster home. It is difficult to see Cash struggling to get around with a large tumor that should have been removed well before it got to this point. The tumor had outgrown the skin and has open sores. Cash had the tumor removed and is doing well. He is now looking for his own forever home.

She's beautiful.

Cali was an owner surrender from Turkey and she arrived in the United States two years ago. When she arrived at the airport, Cali was too frightened to leave her crate. She now feels safe with her humans.
Cali came back to AABR due to life changes in her family’s home. Work has taken them away and Cali is not adjusting to their absence. She loves and desires to be with her people more than anything else in the world.
Cali has not had much exposure to other dogs. She could be placed as an only or a quiet, easy go lucky male.
She is looking for a quiet spot and a patient home that just will let her chill like her foster dads.
