This we want to take a before and after look at Sky Corbett!

Her first visit with us was in June 2024 after her family brought her home with the help of the National BMD Rescue Network.

5 months later here she is today happy and healthy and just had her sutures removed from being spayed by Dr. Steers. We love being apart of the amazing turn arounds, and thank the Corbett family for trusting us with Sky’s care! 🩵💛🐶

We enjoyed having everyone stop by for some festive fun this past weekend! We spread lots of joy and was able to send tons of new toys to the Elks Association for their toy drive.

😳FOREIGN BODY REMOVAL WITHOUT SURGERY!🤯 This patient presented to her veterinarian for a dental cleaning.🪥 While doing pre anesthetic chest radiographs🩻, the vet found a foreign body in the stomach!😲 In order to avoid having the patient go through an entire abdominal surgery to retrieve the foreign body, she was sent to me to have it removed via endoscopy!😃. The patient is still fully anesthetized for this procedure, however it is much quicker and less invasive than an actual abdominal surgery. After removal of the foreign body we were able to proceed with the dental cleaning. This allowed everything to be done with only 1 anesthetic event which is the best option for the patient. She did really well throughout the entire procedure and the owner now has the coin as a special keep sake of the incident!! 😆 My team and I find these procedures extremely fun and very rewarding🥰🐶 We’d like to send a special 🙏THANK YOU!🙏 to @gardensanimalhospitalpbg for the referral. 💓🐾💕 #vettech #furbaby #vetmed #dogs #pethealth #cats #animalhospital #stuartsoundanimalhospital #petcare #veterinarian
