*We are by appointment only. We try to keep our grooming times between 3-4 hours, if not earlier. Having
appointments helps us give that personalized care and attention to your pet so they don’t have to sit in the salon all day. (Please note: Larger breeds, multiple dog families, and advanced longer styles may require the full 4 hours or more)
*Our facility has open crates, as well as closed crates to accommodate your pet’s comfortable stay.
*We DO NOT use heated kennel dryers. Bathers Jill and Heavenlynn, or one of your groomers, will bathe your pet 2-3 times with our all natural shampoos & conditioners, then immediately fluff dry your pet after towel drying.
*The salon offers a De-Shed treatment using specialized shampoo, and a high powered de-shedding nozzle in our tubs and on our power dryers to help break up and release undercoat.
*Full Grooms include: Cut and Style, Bath, Fluff Dry, Ear Cleaning, A**l Gland Expression (Upon Request), Nail Dremeling, Bows and/or Bandana.
*Light & Tidy’s include: Brush out, Bath, Fluff Dry, Ear Cleaning, A**l Gland Expression (Upon Request), Nail Dremeling, Light Feet and Face trim, Bows and/or Bandana.
*Bath’s Include: Brush out or De-Shed treatment, Bath, Fluff Dry, Ear Cleaning, A**l Gland Expression (Upon Request), Nail Dremeling, Bows and/or Bandana.
*Cat Full Grooms Include: Shave down or style cut, Bath (if requested and able to be performed), Dry, Nails clipped, Ears cleaned
*Cat Bath: Brush out, Shaved sanitary (if needed), Bath, Dry, Nails Clipped, Ears cleaned
