Hiring: Veterinary Technician/ Assistant
Door County Veterinary Hospital offers exceptional medicine and service in a small town atmosphere. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and responsible person to join our team. Candidates should be professional, have the ability to multi-task, have an eye for detail, and always be ready to help their coworkers. Job Duties include but not limited to: Assist Veterinarian's in examining patients, administer anesthetic, medications, and immunizations, collect and run laboratory specimens, educate and advise clients on animal health care, and much more.
Normal business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30-5:30 and Wednesday 7:30-6:30. No weekend or emergency duties.
Previous experience a plus, but will train the right candidate. Those candidates that are exceptional and/or experienced will be paid more.
