If you are unwilling to bring your pets indoors, at least provide ample shelter. FILL the inside of said shelter (doghouse or whatever) with STRAW (not hay). Make it so the pet can "burrow" into the straw, not simply lie on top of it. FILL the shelter with the straw.

Please remember to adopt and not shop when it comes to your fur babies. Shelter dogs are some of the MOST loyal and trusting even if their past hasn't been kind to them. They all deserve a chance at a good life!

We have many dogs who would love to come home for Christmas this year and grow with your family! Even if you just foster one of our babies here, that will set them up to move to a great forever home!

Tonight let us bow our heads in a moment of silence to all the dogs out there who never had a chance ... never knew love ... and only knew neglect, cruelty, and evil. The ones who were desperate for love and a family to call them "good boy" or "good girl". This is the sad reality for a lot of dogs.

Animals in general are all so kind and loyal and will always show you unconditional love!
