Mit Liebe (which means "with love" in German), GSD Rescue is a non-profit organization that helps neglected, abused, and or abandoned German Shepherd Dogs. Our rescue is made up of a handful of dedicated volunteers that pride themselves in dog care, training, fundraising, and communication with the public on responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. The dogs

that come into our care are taken to the vet for a check-up, heartworm testing, and all current vaccinations the dog may need. The dogs are placed in a foster home for a minimum of three weeks prior to being available for adoption. During this time the dogs are evaluated by the foster parents on temperament, likes and dislikes, how they react to cats and/or children, and their energy level and drive. The foster parents also work with the animals on basic obedience training and house manners as well. ADOPTION FEE:
0-11 months = $375
1 year - 7 years = $325
8 years and older = $250

🌟Minnie 🌟

You may have seen this post before — but please read it again with fresh eyes and an open heart. Sometimes the right home doesn’t see a dog the first time. Sometimes it takes one more share, one more person, one more moment.

Kira was once labeled “highly reactive.” But someone chose to look deeper. Someone saw a girl who needed security, patience, and love — and who deserved a chance at a calmer, happier ever after. Kira was enrolled in Majors Academy Dog Training in Green Bay. With Jeremy’s guidance, Kira was given a new “leash” on life, and everything changed.

Now, Minnie is waiting for that same chance.

✨ Minnie has already completed in-board training with Jeremy. She’s put in the work and is ready for the next chapter. What she needs now is a structured, patient, and caring foster or adoptive home where she can continue becoming the very best version of herself. The good news? Jeremy will remain involved, offering ongoing support to help Minnie and her future family succeed together.

This girl has waited long enough.

A “forever” would be amazing… but even a loving “for now” could change everything.

✨Saratoga is a new arrival from Texas and the poor boy showed up with a very weak backend causing him issues moving around. After a thorough exam, we’re going to approach it in steps starting with anti inflammatory meds & therapeutic swimming sessions.

🎁We’re hoping to raise the $350 needed to cover the sessions, meds and vet appointments and praying this helps him regain the strength in his backend and that it’s not anything that requires a more extensive specialist visit…. Or DM 🫤

☃️Donations are greatly appreciated, especially this time of year. Its been a tough one on us this year with all the medical cases. If you can donate know we are grateful truly appreciate it!
