to earlier this week. 🐾 The theme of this year’s Global Health Summit (GHS) at American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Convention 2024 was One Health. Two took to the stage!

Faculty member and alumni Christa Gallagher, DVM ’93, presented the keynote: “An Overview of Global One Health Opportunities for US Veterinarians: From Student Days to Retirement.” Lonnie Kasman, DVM ’90, was one of the presenters on “How Can Busy US Veterinarians Squeeze Global One Health Opportunities into their Schedules—Volunteering Globally.”
