This time of year and especially during heat waves it is not safe to leave your pets or children in parked cars! We have already seen one case and the pet unfortunately did not make it! The heartbreak that the staff are dealing with and the owners is unimaginable!

In the past 2 weeks there has been 2 positive rabies case’s. 1 coyote in East windsor and 1 raccoon in Windsor Locks. We just want to remind everyone that it is important to update your animals for rabies and keep them current as it is required in the state of Connecticut! rabies virus is fatal

Happy Veterinary Technician Week!
During this week of celebration, we want to highlight the incredible job they do. They are more than just veterinary technicians. They are our backbone of the veterinary clinic! They are nurses, phlebotomists, surgery technicians, anesthesiologists, laboratory technicians, pharmacy technicians, radiology technicians, and so much more!
Here's to our wonderful veterinary technicians, Cheyenne,Becky,skott,Desiree,Cindy and our part time technicians Sarai,Nicole,Candace these are the ones who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your pets receive the best care possible. We would like everyone to know that on Tuesday July 4th we will have urgent care hours starting at 9am and going till 5pm! Please give the office a call during those hours if you have a pet urgent medical need will be happy to help! We will not be filling any medications or wellness appointments during these hours as we will be working with a smaller staff!

This is lady and her owner Brandon! She jumped out of owners car window and broke her back leg because of some amazing people they were able to raise via(gofund me)what was required so that lady could have the surgery she needed! We are so glad of the great out pouring and she is on the road to recovery!
You can just tell how much she loves her daddy and vise versa!

“Kali” was born in our clinic on November 20th she had been doing great! Her owners noticed around 4 weeks that she was not breathing well so we had them bring her down right away to see our doctor on staff. Dr Limmer diagnosed her with aspiration pneumonia she spent a number of days in a local ER clinic receiving care and Look at her now doing great and getting so big!! We are so happy she is doing so well!
Keep getting bigger little lady.

This morning we welcomed not only one litter but 2 litters of French bulldogs in our willington office via c-section with Dr Sachdev! We have a total of 16 baby’s! 6 for one and a wapping 10 for the other! Congrats to both moms and our clients!
