Meet Frida!

This sweet lady is hoping to find her forever home! Frida is an independent soul who enjoys her personal space, so she'll need to meet any resident dogs to make sure they're a good match.

Once she warms up to you, she’s such a cuddle bug! Frida loves to snuggle and will be your best friend for life when she feels comfortable.

Frida has atopic dermatitis and has had some previous eye procedures, but don't worry—both are manageable with a bit of extra care. Her new family will need to be dedicated to helping her stay healthy and happy!

One of the shelter's very friends, Palma, thought we needed to brave this winter weather in style. Palma also gives her time and talents to other shelter partners, like Pennies for PAWS, to make warm blankets for sheltered animals. We're so honored that Palma shared her skills with our team, and now we all have warm and adorable cat hats.

Let's be honest, most of us at cats at heart anyhow.

Update: Adopted!

Jax was surrendered due to his owner passing away. Jax is about to be 11 years old. We are told Jax does good with other dogs and is house trained. Jax has been very sweet and gentle since his arrival. We are open Tuesday-Sunday 12-4pm if you would like to come and meet Jax or any of our adoptable animals. Dakota is our longest resident and has been at the shelter since August 2023. That's 1 & 1/2 years, or 547 days without a home of her own. 😔 Let's give her a valentine miracle and find this sweet girl a home!
