Continuing on with horse show results - NCHJA Annual Horse Show!

🎆Reign Robinson’s ‘No Words’ was Grand Children’s Hunter Champion with Payton Blackwell winning 4/5 classes! Thank you Payton for the great rides!
🎆 Oceanbound Stables’ ‘Estatic’ was Reserve Champion in the Young Hunters, and Reserve Champion in the 18-35 Adults and the Classic Winner as well!
🎆Oceanbound Stables’ ‘Landslide’ finished 4th in the $10,000 USHJA National Derby held in the Derby field, and also had multiple top ribbons in the 3’ Greens!
🎆Celine M & Brittany were class winners in the .95m Jumpers!
🎆Jane Gaston’s ‘Take Aim’ was a multiple top 3 finisher in the 3’3” Greens with top scores!
🎆Kathy Vincent’s ‘Superman KC’ had multiple top 3 finishes with Sam in the USHJA Hunters!
🎆Erica Feiste’s ‘Uluwatu’ made his horse show debut!

We have had a super busy, horse show filled summer so far! There are lots of horse show results to catch up on…Starting off with Aiken Summer 1! The horses and riders were all great, and earned great ribbons each day! Highlights include:

☀️Oceanbound Stables’ ‘Landslide’ earned multiple top 3 placings, and top scores of 87 in the Green Hunter 3’!

☀️Reign Robinson’s ‘No Words’ had top scores in the 80’s each class, and finished 12th in the Green Incentive class!

☀️Savanna Schultz’s ‘Fortified’ had nice rounds either Sam and earned an 86 to finish 9th in the Green Incentive class and 9th in the Green Challenge class with a 165! Savanna also won a class on him in the Low Childrens as well!

☀️Price Farms’ ‘Ufeelme’ was Reserve Champion in the Middle Adults with Cristina, winning a class with other top 3 placings, as well as winning a class with Sam in the 3’6” Greens with an 89!

☀️Price Farms’ ‘In Too Deep’ had multiple top 3 placings with Sam, and was a class winner in the 14 & Under Childrens with Campbell Clement!

☀️Savanna Schultz and her Dresden Row won the NAL/WIHS Classic!

☀️Jane Gaston’s ‘Take Aim’ was a class winner with a top score of 87 with Sam in the 3’3” Greens, and had multiple other top 3 placings!

☀️Liz Messaglia’s ‘Miss Holland EB’ earned top ribbons, and placed in every class out of a huge group of Baby Green Hunters

☀️Brittany & her Celine M knocked the dust off and was Champion in the .85m Jr/Am division!

We had a great time at the Sandhills Classic at the Carolina Horse Park! Thank you Joan Petty, and team, for a great week! So proud of all of horses and riders! Highlights from the week include:

⭐️Oceanbound Stables ’Estatic’ & Sam placed 1 & 2 out of 20+ horses in the Open Hunter 2’9” division to finish Champion!

⭐️Liz Holtz Messaglia’s ’Miss Holland EB’ & Sam had multiple wins in the Baby Green Hunters to finish Champion!

⭐️Paige Bartosh & her ‘Serendipty’ finished Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Amateur Owners, with class wins, and was 3rd in the combined Junior/Amateur Classic! Sam and ‘Serena’ also won a class in the 3’3” Performance!

⭐️Price Farms’ ‘In Too Deep’ won a class, and was consistently top 3 in the Green Hunter 3’ to finish Reserve Champion! Cristina & ‘Lucius’ also put in great rounds together, and had multiple top 3 placings in a big Pre-Adult division, and finished 4th in the Classic as well!

⭐️Jane Gaston’s ‘Take Aim’ & Sam finished with a Reserve Champion in the 3’3”/3’6” Green Hunters with a class win and other great placings as well!

⭐️Savanna Schultz & ‘Dresden Row’ won the combined Childrens/Adult NAL/WIHS Classic! They also were 4th in the THIS Medal as well!

⭐️Reign Robinson’s ‘No Words’ & Sam were class winners in the Green Hunter 3’ and finished 2nd in the Green Incentive class!

⭐️Savanna Schultz’s ‘Fortified’ & Sam had multiple top 3 placings in the 3’ Greens and finished 5th in the Green Incentive class. Savanna & ‘Arlo’ also had great rounds and ribbons in the Pre-Childrens and finished 5th in the Classic!

⭐️Oceanbound Stables ‘Landslide’ had nice trips with Sam in the 3’ Greens, and had a beautiful Derby round with an unfortunate rail.

⭐️Price Farms’ ‘Ufeelme’ & Sam got back into the show ring after a break, to prepare for Devon with top 3 placings in the Green Hunter 3’3”/3’6”!

Thanks again to Carlos, Melissa, and Lorelei for their hard work for the 2 weeks of horse shows, and to Agita & Karley for keeping everything going at home! We are so grateful for everyone who plays a part in our team!

Catching up on the last 2 weeks of shows finally! Congratulations to all of our customers and horses on a great week at the James River Hunt Horse Show! We had a great time, and enjoyed the great hospitality, prizes, and fun at the JRHHS! Thank you to Michelle Hawley and everyone else for a great week! Highlights from the show include:

🦊 ‘Serendipity’ and Paige Bartosh were Grand Champion Amateur Owner Hunter and recipients of The Sharpevit Trophy, and Champion in the 3’3” Amateur Owners! They also won the $1000 Amateur/Junior Classic. Sam and Serena were also Champion in the 3’3” Performance Hunters!

🦊 ‘Foritified’ and Sam were Grand Green Hunter Champion and Champion 3’ Green Hunter receiving The Blue Ridge Trophy & The Bob Brown Trophy. Savanna and Arlo also put in great rounds and had great ribbons in the Low Childrens!

🦊 Savanna Schultz and ‘Dresden Row’ were Champion in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters, 3rd in the NAL/WIHS Classic, and 2nd in the $1000 James River Hunt Derby!

🦊 Kathy Vincent’s ‘Superman KC’ and Sam were Champion Special Hunter and recipients of the Trick or Treat Trophy! Brooklyn Hawley also showed KC in the Low Childrens and the 2’6” Derby where they had a first round score of 84!

🦊Lisa Trevan’s “Czippy HBF’ joined us for the week to make her hunter debut, where she won a class and had multiple top 3 placings in the Baby Greens!

Our first show back in Virginia was a success! We love showing at Commonwealth Park, and it was so great being there for a sold out show! All of the horses were great after a little break from the winter shows, and were ready to be back! We had multiple tricolors and wins, and highlights include:

☀️Savanna Schultz ‘Fortified’ made his horse show debut in the US and won 4/5 classes to be Champion in the Baby Greens with Sam! He also showed with Savanna and they placed 4th & 8th out of a huge group as well on Saturday!

☀️Savanna was also Reserve Champion on ‘Dresden Row’ in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters, 3rd in the combined NAL/WIHS Classic, and 4th out of 20+ in the THIS Medal!

☀️Jane Gaston’s ‘Take Aim’ was a class winner and finished Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Greens with Sam!

☀️’Landslide’ owned by Oceanbound Stables won multiple classes in the 3’ Greens and 3’ USHJA and made his Derby debut with an unfortunate rail in the first round. We are so proud of this young horse!

☀️Missy Luczak Smith joined us with her ‘FVF Just Watch’ and finished Reserve Champion in the 50 & Over Adults, with multiple wins, and finished top 12 in the USHJA National Derby as well!

☀️Serendiptiy put in great rounds with Sam in the 3’3” Performance Hunters with multiple top 3 placings, and had great rounds with Paige as well in the 3’3” Amateur Owners as well finishing top 4 in the Classic!

☀️Brittany and her ‘Celine M’ shook off the dust, and won a class out of 40 during the week, and finished 10th in the Classic on Sunday!

Now home for a couple of weeks and then off horse showing again!

Our final week in FL was spent at Wellington International! The horses all loved being at a new venue, and we all loved being in the warmth and sun ☀️🌴

🌴Jane Gaston’s ‘Take Aim’ & Sam had top scores and top 3 placings in the 3’3” Young Hunters!
🌴 Price Farm’s ‘Ufeelme’ put in great rounds, and scores with Sam in the Green Conformation Hunters!
🌴Savanna Schultz & ‘Dresden Row’ had top scores in the 15-17 Children’s and finished 4th with an 85 in a super competitive THIS Childrens Medal
🌴Kathy Vincent’s ‘Superman KC’ and Sam finished with ribbons in the USHJA 2’9”!

World Equestrian Center’s “Winter Spectacular 2024” has come to a close! Thank you to everyone involved, who helped make the last 2 weeks of circuit in Ocala as successful as every other week! We are so proud of each horse and rider this winter, and look forward to a successful spring and summer! Highlights from Weeks 11 & 12 include:

Paige Bartosh’s ‘Serendipity’ was Circuit Champion in the 7 & Under Young Hunters with Sam!

Savanna Schultz & ‘Dresden Row’ had a late start to circuit together, and finished 3rd overall in circuit standings for the 15-17 Children’s Hunters only competing at 5 shows together, narrowly missing a circuit tri-color!

Week 11:

Sam and ‘Serendipty’ were Reserve Champion 7 & Under Young Hunters only doing half the division!

Paige and ‘Serena’ finished 12th overall in the $15,000 USHJA Amateur Derby with an unfortunate rail in the 2nd round. They also had multiple top finishes in a super competitive 3’3” Amateur Owner division tying for Reserve Champion.

Jordyn Mirgoli joined us also for Week 11 and finished 9th overall in the $15,000 USHJA Amateur Derby and had top placings in the 18-35 Adults as well!

Week 12:

Kathy Vincent’s ‘Superman KC’ was Section A Champion in the USHJA 2’6” Hunters out of 70+ entries! He was a class winner over fences, placing top 3 in other classes and won the under saddle as well. KC also had nice trips with Savanna in the Low Childrens to finish 10th in the Classic and won the under saddle as well!

‘Serendipty’ was class winner and Reserve Champion with Sam in the 7 & Under Young Hunters. She also finished 2nd in the Combined 3’3” Amateur Owner Classic with Paige, and had multiple top 3 placings as well in the 18-35 3’3” A/O’s too!

Oceanbound Stables ‘Landslide’ was Section A winner of a class in the USHJA 2’9”, and also earned other top placings as well!

Oceanbound Stables ‘Estatic’ had multiple top placings in the 5 & Under Young Hunters!

‘Ufeelme’ & Sam put in consistent rounds in the Combined Conformation Hunters with top scores in the 80’s to have multiple top 3 finishes.

‘Dresden Row’ & Savanna had great trips in the Children’s Equitation & 15-17 Children’s Hunters with top 3 finishes.

🌟Winter Spectacular Week 9 & 10 Recap!🌟

Week 9:

🌟Brittany Davis & Celine M finish Reserve Champion in the Novice Adult Jumpers and 2nd in the Classic! Sam was also 4th in the 1.00m on Cece too!

🌟Serendipity & Paige had multiple top 3 finishes in the Amateur Owner 3’3” Hunters and finished 5th in the Classic! Sam and Serena also were class winners in the 3’3” Young Hunters.

🌟Gravin & Sam had multiple top 3 finishes in the Baby Green & USHJA 2’6”

Week 10:

🌟Ufeelme & Sam were Champion in the Green Conformation Hunters winning every over fences class!

🌟Dresden Row & Savanna were Reserve Champion in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters and the Children’s Equitation! They also finished first in the Classic with scores of 83 & 85, and finished 4th in the THIS Medal!

🌟Gravin & Sam won a class in the USHJA 2’6” out of 45+ horses, and also finished top 3 in multiple classes of the Baby Green Hunters narrowly missing Reserve Champion.

🌟Superman KC & Sam won a class in the USHJA 2’6” as well, and finished 4th with Savanna in the Low Children’s Hunters and 12th in the Classic as well!

🌟Estatic & Sam placed 5th in a .85m class going clear!

🌟Jordon Migroli & Carmacho also joined us for a couple of weeks, and finished 9th in the $15,000 USHJA JR/AM Derby and had a 1st and other ribbons in the 18-35 Adult Amateur Hunters!

Winter Spectacular Week #7 recap!

Sam rode Jane Gaston’s “Take Aim” to Champion in the Young Hunter 3’3” division! Thank you Jane & Philip for the ride on ‘Clark’!

Oceanbound Stables’ “Diacontanous” earned a 4th his second show, and 2nd time in the 3’ Greens continuing to improve each class!

Margaret Heylen was great on both her mounts! She was a blue ribbon winner on “Onward” in the Adult Equitation, and earned multiple top ribbons on “Michigan ODF” in the 18-35 Adults!

Now for Week 9! Not much longer here in FL!

We had a 🌟Spectacular🌟 Week 6! All the horses and riders really rose to the occasion for WCHR week. Thank you again to the team who keeps us going! Highlights from Week 6 include:

🌟Paige Bartosh’s ‘Serendipity’ was Champion in the 7 & Under Young Hunters with Sam during the week, and Paige put in great rounds in the 3’3” A/O’s earning an 85 and top ribbons out of a super group! They also finished 8th in the combined 3’3” A/O Classic!

🌟Savanna Shultz and ‘Dresden Row’ finished 4th in the THIS Children’s Medal out a super group, and finished 4th in the NAL/WIHS Children’s Classic with a second round score of 85.5!

🌟’Ufeelme’ & Sam finished with multiple top 3 finishes and great scores in the upper 80’s, and jogging on top in the Green Conformation Hunters! So proud of Uno for marching around the Grand Arena like a pro, his 3rd time ever doing the 3’6”.

🌟Oceanbound Stables’ ‘Diacontinus’ made his horse show debut in the 3’ Greens! So excited for this young horses future

🌟Margaret Heylen and ‘Michigan ODF’ had amazing rounds in the Adult Amateur 18-35 division with great ribbons, and even earning a 4th in the NAL/WIHS Adult Classic

🌟Brittany made a return to the show ring on her ‘Celine M’ where they went clear and earned some ribbons in the .85m jumpers!

Savvy & ‘Dresden Row’ are on fire 🔥! Reserve Champion, for the second week in a row, winning 🥇 🥇 2 over fences, in the 15-17 Children’s Hunters! They also finished 2nd in the NAL/WIHS Classic, and 4th in the THIS Medal (testing on top with an 83!)! Super proud of these two, and looking forward to the rest of the year with Dre 💙

Paige & Serena won top ribbons and finished 5th in the Combinee 3’3” A/O Classic Week 3, and also had nice rounds and ribbons Week 4! Looking forward to the rest of the circuit with these two! 💙🎀🥇

Starting off our highlight posts from the last couple of weeks is 🌟’Ufeelme’ and Sam🌟! Sam and Uno headed over to HITS last week, where they won the $5,000 USHJA National Derby there, with the high score in the Handy of 90! This week they finished 7th in the $15,000 USHJA National Derby at WEC with scores of 86.5 & 86 out of a group of 30 horses. So proud of this team 🌟💙🏆

🌟The Winter Spectacular at WEC Ocala is off to a great start for us! We had a great group of horses, some green, some seasoned and all were terrific! Highlights from the week include 🌟

🌟Dresden Row & Savanna Schwartz teamed up for the first time together to finish Reserve Champion in the 15-17 Children’s winning a trip & placing top 3 in their other classes! They also had top ribbons in the Children’s Equitation as well.

🌟Oceanbound Stables ‘Estatic’ won an over fences and had other great ribbons in the 5 & Under Young Hunters.

🌟 EMO Stables ‘Content’, was a class winner, and multiple top 3 finisher in the 6 & Young Hunters & 3’ Greens, his first show at 3’.

🌟 Kellen Sullivan finished 5th in the Ariat Medal, his first time showing with ‘Griffin’! Thank you Carly for lending us Griffin for Kellen, he’s the best!

🌟Allison Richards ‘Gravin’, had multiple top placings in the Baby Greens her 2nd show ever. We are so happy with her progress from dressage to hunters!

🌟Savanna & ‘Onward’ moved up to the 3’3” Juniors, and put in great rounds.

We had a great time at HITS Ocala this week! This was our first time attending this show, and both the horse and riders loved it there! We can’t wait to go back again this winter 🌴 Some results from this week include ⭐️

Price Farms ‘Ufeelme’ starts the 2024 show year off with a win 🥇 the 3’6” Green Conformation Hunters at WEC this week! So proud of Uno this week putting in great trips, and moving up to the 3’6”. The horses are excited to be back horse showing after a couple months off for some R & R. Now onto the weekend 💪🏼

🌟Zuma & Madi finish 11th in the $10,000 NAL Children’s Jumper Finals! 🌟 They put in a beautiful clear first round to come back for the jump off!

We had a nice week back in Upperville, for the Middleburg Classic Horse Show! All of the horses were great, and it was such a fun week! Highlights include:

Missy Luczak-Smith & Gloria Verte were 5th in the $5,000 Middleburg Classic & Reserve Champion in the Local Jr/Am division, only doing half the division!

Cristina Price & her ‘Ufeelme’ finished 2nd in one of the Middleburg Amateur Hunter 2’6” classes, and improved each time they walked in the ring! Sam and Uno also finished 6th in the 3’3” Green Incentive class.

Onward & Sam earned nice scores and ribbons in the 3’ Greens, and Missy & Leon also had nice rounds and ribbons in the 50 & Over Adults finishing 2nd in one class with an 84!

Our Young Hunters, Estatic & Content improved each and everyday and earned great ribbons out of a super group of young horses! We can’t wait to see them continue to develop!

Now off to Capital Challenge, and then a little R & R until Florida ☀️

Price Farms ‘Ufeelme’ has had a very successful summer so far! Uno has had multiple top derby finishes including a win at NCHJA in the $10,000 National Derby out of 40 entries, 3rd at Lexington Spring Encore, 3rd at Keswick Horse Show, and 13th in the USHJA Regional Championships! Uno also was Grand Green Hunter Champion at the Keswick Horse Show winning 3 of 4 over fences in the 3’3” Greens, and Reserve Champion at NCHJA in the 3’3” Performance Hunters only doing half the division and winning both over fences. Sam & Uno also finished 3rd in the USHJA Green Incentive Regional Finals!

‘Elated’ has had a super summer with top placings each show he has attended! At the Keswick Horse Show, Gus won a 3’6” Green class, along with a 6th place finish in the Derby! At Loudoun Benefit he won a 3’3” Green class, and had other top placings with Sam along with Madi Stewart too in the USHJA 3’ her first time showing him! At NCHJA Gus finished 11th out of 40 in the USHJA Derby and 12th in the Green Incentive Regional Finals!

Congratulations to Marsha Hudgins ‘Benjamin B’ on his Reserve Championship in a super competitive Younger Adult Hunter division! Here is Bens winning round with Riley Hogan. Thank you Riley for all of the great rides, and Don Stewart for letting us borrow Riley!
