Despite every ounce of fight she had, and every bit of love we poured into her, our tiny blue girl passed away today. We stayed with her, holding her, until she let us know it was time — and then we let her go peacefully. 💔
Losing her has left us heartbroken. In 13 years of breeding, she is only the third puppy I’ve lost, and I can tell you it never gets easier. No matter how many years go by, no matter how much experience you have, when you love and fight for a little life, the loss cuts deep.
But even though her time here was short, it wasn’t without meaning. She knew warmth, she knew care, and she knew love. She reminded us how fragile and precious life is, and how every single heartbeat matters. Her tiny presence touched us in a way that will stay forever.
Breeding has its joys and its heartbreaks. It teaches patience, resilience, and the power of love — and sometimes, it teaches the hardest lesson of all: that even the fiercest fight doesn’t always end the way we wish it would.
Rest peacefully, our little blue angel. You will always be remembered, and you will always be loved. 💙🐾
I want to take a moment to thank everyone who prayed, donated, shared, and sent love for our tiny blue girl. 💙
Even though her time was far too short, she was surrounded by care and compassion from the moment she took her first breath to the moment she let go. Knowing that so many people were rooting for her means more than words can express.
Breeding can be filled with joy, but also heartbreak — and your kindness reminded us we’re not alone in either. While we’re grieving, we’re also deeply grateful. Her little life, though brief, brought people together in love and hope.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for walking alongside us through this. Your support helped us give her every chance possible, and that gift will never be forgotten.
