As many of you know , in march of this year I had a woman by the name of Bettina Lavender Burnett aka Tink and her husband move into my home her in West Virginia from California. Thry moved her to RTO my home and work with one another to grow our breeding programs. Unfortunately I never did get them to the lawyers office to sign proper documents to purchase my home. Several months of them living in my home without a penny paid to many Bettina asked me to deliver two white puppies for her in California snd while doing so she moved all of her stuff along with some of our stuff snd moved across country. Bettina and her husband also stole two of my female Pomeranians Mika and Annie “ Mika pregnant with my Sire Vasili “ 3 of our cow-own Pomeranians , two littered sided by my boy Vasili that where to be split along with A female Pomeranian Porsche that I had given her a little over a year prior for a puppy back that she also took with her. Her and her partner Mary Olson decided to breed Porsche very young and they sold all of those puppies with giving me a promised puppy at all. Vasili sired other females of there’s but the babies where born after she moved across state so I am unaware at this time what puppies where born and where my half of the litteres ended up.
I learned Bettina took my boy Vasili’s dna without permission and her partner Mary Olson tried to register one of the litters between my boy Vasili and their female Tatiana.” One boy that belonged to them that they where giving to another breeder they work with Monica Smith and the female that belonged to me “ Fortunately akc rejected them from doing so. Shortly after one of the two “ I’m not certain which woman “ falsely registered that same female Tatiana with 5 babies under a completey different sire. 
Akc is very aware of this situation and I was told that they will require dna testing “ to which dogs and puppies I’m not certain “
Be aware if you purchased a puppy in a time frame that my Vasili could have been the sire I will be requesting dna taken on them so akc we’ll have record of the true sire.
With that being said I am also aware that Bettina sometimes allowed multiple males to breed with her in heat females so My Mika’s baby and possibly others could have had litters by multiple males.
I was advised by a lawyer not to speak of this issue until I had all of my receipts and proof together and a lawsuit filed. I have just recently done exactly that in the West Virginia court circuit.
Not only have I suffered betrayal from woman I thought where my good friends “ Bettina called me her son “ I suffered slander , harassment, the loss of my fur babies , my breeding program and so much more.
Please be careful moving forward with any of these woman and there programs.
As a result to all of this I do not stud my boy Vasili out at all. Not until these matters are resolved.
